All builds are the same because the combat is dogshit. The only thing that you can change is the ability to open some locks and the ability to pass some speech checks, what a pathetic excuse for an RPG

.22 pistol will decimate the early game with or without stealth, sneak with suppressed weapons when needed, use energy weapons or anything with a naturally high crit rate when you want a straight up fight. This build makes even high difficulties a cake walk. Bonus, 10 luck means you get to bankrupt the casinos easily. Also recommend doing Old World Blues early to get the stealth suit for the bonuses, but also because it's the best looking armor and it's best girl.
The one good thing about Lonesome Road is all the nice gear it adds. The buzzsaw power fist alone made the time I spent slogging through that DLC worth it.

Lonesome Road is just a linear path leading up to a mediocre antagonist that the devs thought was the smartest shit they'd ever written. It's Mothership Zeta without the aliens but a bunch of red frickers, lizard men, and a dumbass in a gas mask.
