I would love a +16 Pokémon game in Germany where you have two bad teams: a neo-nazi one and a "liberal" one which is only hidden comunism authoritarians and you have to defeat both of them. But they don't have the balls to do it.

A Legends game in Galar would be genuine kino if they did it right, it's full of medieval shit like Circhester Bath and the Hammerlocke Castle
It could be set during the Darkest Day and have you battling against wild Dynamax Pokemon in boss battles similar to PLA's, except without the balm shit. You could wield the legendaries' sword and shield in boss battles - they'd be able to play it off as Zacian and Zamazenta inhabiting the weapons so it's actually using Pokemon to battle and therefore not cruel, if it bothers them so much. A third bow or crossbow-themed legendary would be fun too and give the player access to a ranged weapon

Surprised nobody has suggested a Scandinavian region yet. Jobmon starters could be all themed on viking roles, like a drummer for the boats, a lightning fast raider, and a navigator. There's plenty of legends to the region for natural forms, like finding out that mjolnir was based on an inert, mutated magnezone, or a massive sea serpent seviper
