That's not AI video, I'm talking about text/img to video.
Well that will just need 25 frames per sec at a minimum & just a script where the preceding frame is altered just enough to get a smooth animation. Flowframes already produces frames where there are gaps in the frames. Img2img can produce video from the image sequence of frames & alter them to what is required. All new & techniques required to make it look better.
That's not how it works and who said anything about real-time rendering?
When you do txt2img with the same settings & the same seed you will get the same image every time (same with img2img with an image). So if the same seed or a seed change & settings changes via a script is used then the next image produced for the next frame can be produced via control. It is only the same as coding or even CGI.

Infact it can do it better because a human can draw idea's from multiple aspects and experiences. AI can draw from millions of aspects and experiences.
