I'm tired of being the hero who fights for good. I want to join the dark side, anons.
Any games where I can become the villain?

you can always buy russian games full price
The most amount of evil I’m willing to do in a game is something like Quest for Glory 1 VGA remake where you can break into people’s houses and steal all their money and if you get caught go to a jail where you have to break out or you die.
I have seen many 3D games try to imitate QFG 1 VGA remake, and seen a lot of fakers and/or failures that basically make it meaningless for there to even be a jail to begin with. Jails can often be annoying and the guards might just repeatedly keep throwing you in there for no reason. Dragon’s Dogma comes to mind, but it was better than kingdom of amalur’s. Skyrim had a few moments where it worked but for the most part it becomes more like a levelup mechanic instead of a place where you could actually die and need to reload your game. After a certain point these games just feel like you been in jail too many times and it start to not matter. Whereas in QFG 1 it feels like you’ve only been there once and in a well done way that feels polished.
The Dark Mod was better than Skyrim stealth mechanics but then this is all stealth stuff. Darth Vader is supposed to be massive in stature. His long lifespan gave him massive amounts of it. Whereas Obi Wan and Yoda fled and decreased while Vader increased. It was one of the greatest endings to a movie because it portrays the repentance of an evil villain in front of an evil high priest. Like if Joseph had killed everyone that had killed Jesus or something.idk. Just gripping and interesting. Except Joseph was never a Darh Vader with a Death Star.
One time I downloaded a demo of that villain game called Minion Master or something off fileplanet (a long time ago). But before I started it, I felt like it was stupid and when I played it, it was pretty stupid.
In games like Neverwinter Nights, if you had chosen a Paladin, then if you went around killing people in towns or stealing their gold, you could potentially lose your Paladin powers since it relied on lawful good state.
absolute schizo post
It’s always someone claiming someone else did something wrong and never their self. Did you wake up on the wrong side of the bed today? You might not be well. It time for your pandemic shot.
yet another schizo post
Schizo poster like you posting schizo.
absolute neurotypical post
Bro, what the post is telling you is that Quest for Glory 1 VGA remake is still superior because going to jail is a really bad thing and you don’t want to go there and ever let it become pointless like it doesn’t matter and like the guards just routinely throw you in there like in some of these games. It’s just stupid. In Baldur’s Gate 3, me and my brother literally killed every NPC on the whole map because you can, the game doesn’t have any sort of script for “hey! You are killing the entire game of all of its characters! Let’s queue some cinematic and scripted voice acted dialogue for what happens when players do all this bad stuff!”
what game?
Shadow of War
Undertale
>implying killing monstrosities qualifies as "evil"
>Implying you limit yourself to monsters and not the whole world
You can play as Venom in Ultimate Spider-Man. One of his abilities is to eat people.
does playing as venom impact the story in any way?
It's part of the story, you play as eddie being madlad killing people.
Ultimate Spiderman >>>>>sony soi shit
You can be a terrorist in gta
TIE Fighter is the GOAT
Tim Bradstreet is the real GOAT.
>The Empire
>play as the villain
pick one
That's not a TIE Defender.
Best Starfighterfu, good taste.
You can do that in many Star Wars games. In SWTOR you can be evil even if you choose the Republic.
Overlord 2
Kill, Enslave, Collect waifus
Dragon Age Origins allows you to be hilariously evil you can stab people with a little knife during dialogue and do all sorts of fucked up shit like sacrifice elven slaves with blood magic for a HP boost.
Overlord 1-2
Mass Effect 1-3
inFamous 1-2
Evil Genius
GTA 1-5
Fallout 3-4 (haven't played 1-2)
Prototype 1-2
Mafia 1-3
Plague Inc
Undertale
Destroy all Humans
Black&White
Fable 2-3 (haven't played 1)
Star Wars Force Unleashed
renegade in mass effect is just being a dick/antihero, not evil in any way.
notice how its only western games because all japan can i do is copy&paste same shitty cliched anime story
They re bug drones society if they make games about being terrorist their crappy society will crumvle damn even in yakuxa you never beat any cop besides some corrupt bad guy and majima cosplaying
>still zero inFamous pc ports
>Overlord 1-2
Stopped reading there. You don't play as a villain in Overlord.
how so? it looked like dungeon keeper to me
The whole game is about helping regular folk and saving them from real villains who each embody one of the seven sins.
>The whole game is about helping regular folk
No it isn't.
You face former heroes turned villain, but you also have the option to enslave the villagers, genocide the elves and desecrate any sacred place you see.
In 1 yes, but in 2 play as 100% villain with truly selfish motives
>Mass Effect 1-3
>Fallout 3-4 (haven't played 1-2)
this is bait right?
Warcraft 3 Human and Undead campaign
Yeah, but that was with expecting Arthas to pull a Darth Vader and be redeemed because that was the reason he took upon him any curse to save his own people. Basically we hate MMOs that froze Warcraft for so long that LGBT garden gnomes of Satan took it over and decided to just make Arthas disappear (and make debatable claims about where his soul goes).
>Uneven scanlines
why do you do this?
I don’t hear brainwaves of pointless cringe.
This was such a fun game. Shame they fucked up the sequel.
play hatred
what's his name again?
It's Not Important
Tommy Wiseau
doesn't matter, now listen
I always thought Not Important was a hilarious character. Hes a fully grown man with 14 year old like angst, trying to say the edgiest and what he considers deep lines he can think of. His entire plan to kill the whole world is to just walk outside and spray wildly with....90 rounds of ammo, a few grenades he bought at a flea market that may or may not even work, and a dull knife he bought at a head shop. Once he actually successfully does it and escapes hes literally just making shit up as he goes as he realizes he had zero plan past "shoot a few people, wait for cops to spray me with bullets, profit" Hes comically edgy and a total idiot its hilarious.
Dark Messiah of M&M
you can't go wrong playing this game, fun as fuck
Virgo versus Zodiacs
Soul Nomad and the World Eaters
Kings Bounty Dark Side
I was 19 once too
Any modern warfare shooter where you play as American soldiers or special forces.
Based
Soul Nomad NG+, the basic premise of the game is that you get fused with an evil god that tried to destroy the world and you have to try and save the world with his powers but using too much of it will let him take over your body and the world is screwed anyways. However in NG+ after getting fused and getting told to save the world a new option shows up that sends the story completely off its rails, the option has the MC being pissed that they were raised solely for this and then they proceed to say fuck you and fuck everything and then massacres their home village before going on to fuck the world up even more. In this route there is no greater evil to deal with you are the main villain and the single biggest threat to the world, as the story progresses the atrocities keep getting worse and worse and you keep blacking out for weeks at a time as the god takes over and fucks up the world himself and eventually everyone makes a gigantic last stand where everyone still alive unites in an attempt to defeat you and the final battle plays out as if you're the final boss, there are two endings depending on whether you win or lose and the you lose ending is the happy ending.
The route itself is an experience, the MC is pure evil and the whole story is a wild ride with no breaks.
The for the rec. More like this?
?
*thx
Am retard sorry
Dominions
Carrion

Star Wars Jedi Academy (kill Rosh and beat Kyle)

Hoi4 (Play the Americans)
Rimworld (its second name is Warcrimes Simulator for fucks sake)
Liliths Throne (slavery, rape)
DBZ Xenoverse 2 (become the Antagonist)
Stellaris (become the crisis)
Generally add Mods to games and you can do it in any game

>Hoi4 (Play the Americans)
kek
Tyranny. You are literally the minion of an evil overlord. You are evil by default but you can choose to double down on it
Does Vader shit into a diaper?
>kenobi disney+
Vader fucking btfo
In the MMO game DCUO you can play as a Supervillain character and be mentored under Joker and Luthor.
Mmos suck.
As one person said, the Overlord games, its a god damn shame the devs made almost 20 racing games since the 'multiplayer' Overlord game bombed so hard, be real nice to see a new entry on current gen.
Final Fantasy Tactics: Advance
Fire Emblem Three Houses (Blue Lions route)
Fire Emblem Fates: Birthright
Has Vader's "coolness" been ruined for you, anons? Can you still take him seriously after all these years and side shit they've put him in?
I like the short time he's technically already Vader but without the need for his suit, it makes you wonder how bad a galaxy with an unhurt free Vader would've been
I don't see what would have ruined it for me
A healthy Vader would have been much more powerful than Sidious which is kinda scary because Sidious is already memetastically strong.
>Has Vader's "coolness" been ruined for you, anons? Can you still take him seriously after all these years and side shit they've put him in?
Vader is just about the only character I would say that Disney has handled reasonably well. His comics are excellent and with the sole exception of the Obi-Wan series he dunks on everyone he comes across.
>I like the short time he's technically already Vader but without the need for his suit, it makes you wonder how bad a galaxy with an unhurt free Vader would've been
Probably much better off actually. Vader lacked Palpatine's love of super weapons or need for total control. I suspect he would have been content to let Tarkin and Bail duke it out in the senate while he retained control of the military and just crushed any overt rebellion while letting planets run themselves for the most part.
Funny enough, the only good thing about the Obi Wan series was it made me like Anakin/Christensen more.
Full demon in MGSV
Hogwarts Legcay. If you buy this game you are already a villain
Fire Emblem
would you recommend any specific game(s)?
It's very boring to be "evil" in videogames. All karma systems resolve into to "pet cat, strangle cat". Zogwarts Legacy is hilarious because PC is a psychopath on a murder/genocide rampage, using AK, turning humans into barrels and blowing them up, etc, but their actual moral choices are whether you give a girl her marbles back.
Evil is boring most of the type in games because it tends to mean "murder hobo". We need more games with other morally dubious choices beyond slicing throats, like influencing politics from the outside or creating a PMC to benefit you or anything in-between that isn't just being Sarevok 2.0
If you do that people will complain about missable content.
Its hilarious cause they shovel you avada kadabra in the main quest of the game besides you re slyrhring or not and the fact you dont even roleplay as a magic student in hogwarts just some oc that can skip classes and kill goblins for whatever ancient magic
Star wars TOR
Undead campaign in wc3
Stubs the zombie
Destroy all humans
A lot of vampire games
Villain simulator
Kenshi and just murder every leader and ruin the entire world.
Total Warhammer
Why did you post the True Phoenix King?
Nod campaigns in Tiberian Dawn and Tiberian Sun
Kain's the hero though.
Armored Core: For Answer
Call of Duty: Cold War (both sides are pure evil)
Mordheim: City of the Damned (only the Sister of Sigmar are good)
Dawn of War (it's 40K)
Gladius (see above)
Elden Ring
All of these feature good guys and bad guys
In for answer its just chaotic evil nonsense and blow some rocket that they pay you a shit if you re playing as lawfull company dog and you have to protect it
literally every armored core
>first two missions of AC2 are putting down protestors striking because of unsafe work conditions and killing civilians to force them to relocate so corpos can buy their building.
Yet you beat an ancient ai evil in the end and everyone remember the raven of that game as hero and legend cant wait what shit they re gonna pull for 6 after the EY REMEMBER WHITE GLINT from latest ac game
Fallout NV lets you do some pretty deprived shit. You can literally backstab and sell your loyal companion to cannibals, you can join powder gangers and do prison escapes, slaughter all the factions in meaningful and interesting ways, often integrated into quests. It‘s especially good if you want to roleplay a an evil or deranged character and there‘s so many opportunities to do both lawful evil and chaotic evil
Neverwinter Nights 2: Mask of the Betrayer
There's few games where the true evil ending actually requires genuine effort for a satisfying conclusion
MotB delivers immensely on this
Not to mention MotB doesn't have you acting like you're kicking puppies and drowning kittens for the sake of acting out as an evil person, or rather someone's cartoonish view of evil. Even when you do really fucked up shit, there's some point to it, like skinning alive that wounded werewolf and offering it to Malar as a sacrifice gets you further in the game.
KOTOR 1 & 2
Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines
The Darkness 1 & 2
Every WW game where you play as an american
Games where the hero is wrong?
Underrail has a questline which lets you holocaust the rebel faction.
Soulash
>you are ancient mega god
>fragment into pieces or some shit
>time passes
>those pieces are souls of living creatures and modern gods
>you reincarnate into a stereotype villain of your choice (necromancer, dark elf, mage, etc)
>go around collecting all your fragments from the inhabitants of the world and slowly gaining your power back so you can fight the new gods
>world is large and varied with many races, settlements, and regions to depopulate
KeeperRL
>Dungeon Keeper in roguelike format
MK11 Aftermath. Shang Tsung and Shao Kahn are fun, still the best villains
game?
Star Wars Force Unleashed 1
inFAMOUS
Force Unleashed lets you end as a villian kinda
You're more palpatine's bitch than an actual villain
TLOU Part 2
SWTOR let's you be a sadistic motherfucker
Baldur’s Gate 2 + Throne of Bhaal.
Just about every WW2 game played from the Allies' side.
Deponia. Yes, technically you're "saving the girl" but the way you do it is anything but heroic.
>muh want be the bad guy
Just play any WW2 murican gaem, you gay
