This. Include all of the Gen 2 additions and polish/fix what didn’t work in LGPE. That would be great
you guys want to have permanently unevolved pichu and togepi in your team?
Anyway I wish it would have wild pokemon battle though
I could see them both evolving at least once, if not twice, during the story. I could also see them using Espeon/Umbreon.
This. I would expect them to maybe shift to starters if anything, maybe do Cyndaquil and Totodile. Can't imagine them using baby Pokemon as mascots anyway, especially after having Pikachu as the previous games mascot which makes sense, switching to the prevo for the next iteration doesn't make a ton of sense to me
At that point, don’t even use a starter mascot, reuse Ho-Oh/Lugia or Suicune, and pick from the 3 starters. If it’s not Pichu/Togepi, Espeon/Umbreon, or even Pikachu2/Eevee2, it just wouldn’t make sense otherwise.
Actually umbreon and Espeon would work best with Espeon having Ho-Oh as its main legend and Umbreon having Lugia as its main legend. Mind blown. They even had outfits for Umbreon and Espeon in let’s go
>you guys want to have permanently unevolved pichu and togepi in your team?
Why not? They will get super buffed, plus you can take them out of the party if you don't want to use them.
It’s the original baby Pokémon introduced via the anime. And the Lets Go sequel games would more than likely introduce the mechanics first shown in GSC.
I want a Let's Go Unova game
I would like this as well especially with the the larger dex and then the expanded dex after beating the elite 4.

I’m assuming your starter would evolve somewhere during the story due to friendship

>casuals
The majority of the fan base is already casual players, even long time fans enjoy the series and play casually without getting into competitive or making their Pokémon viable
The 3DS games started to decline, even though Super Mystery Dungeon was still a great game and the games had some absolute banger music, cool villains and good designs.
The Switch is where the whole series completely fucking went to shit. Even the music sucks now. Even the Mystery Dungeon remake is fugly to look at and got casualized.
You're crazy
SWSH are the only shit pokemon switch games. The rest are great even BDSP which people like to meme on

Scarlet and Violet is such a mess. >Evil team are a bunch of hooligans who are somehow less threatening than Team Skull from gen 7. >The leader of the evil team is a tranny >Epic music got removed >Big, empty, soulless open world >...but you still have to follow the linear story or get level gated so it's just the worst from both worlds >Pokédex chopped into half because fuck you trying to bring your favourites from previous games >Trading pokémon into your game is locked behind a paywall. >If you TRANSfere a Pokémon into Home that isn't in the current game, it gets held for ransom and you need to pay a monthly fee or it will get deleted forever. >Diversity hires >Wokeshit injected into the game >You have to go TO SCHOOL IN THIS GAME!!! >POKÉMON BIOLOGY CLASS LEAD BY SOME BLUE HAIRED PEDOPHILE!!! >Shitty DLC
And worst of all: >Tinkaton is stuck in this shit game forever
Meanwhile in Spinoff land we get official Pokémon pay to win mobile games.
> even though Super Mystery Dungeon was still a great game
Nah.
Crazy that it's old enough to get nostalgiafags now.

It's just a shit game compared to Rescue Team and Explorers. The formula grew entirely stale by the time of the game, so seeing everything happen in slightly different ways another time sucks. Especially when it doesn't have any good characters to carry the game. It just has the worst partner in the history of the series. Any time they tried to diverge from the formula, like with the schoolshit was terrible as well. With the downgraded gameplay, you'd just be better playing Rescue Team DX which improved on PSMD's systems, and while it sucks you can't explore friend areas, it's not a big deal. It's also terrible that the friend orb means that for once, PMD had limited content.

>The formula grew entirely stale by the time of the game, so seeing everything happen in slightly different ways another time sucks
That's only arguably an issue with the series, not the game itself. >Especially when it doesn't have any good characters to carry the game
Entirely subjective. Personally, I think the cast is worse than GTI and Explorers, but better than Rescue Team >It just has the worst partner in the history of the series.
Correct, as the MC is more important this time. >Any time they tried to diverge from the formula, like with the schoolshit was terrible as well.
None of your friends were particularly annoying, the story missions were good as usual, and there's a fair amount of Pokemon that you can connect with before joining the Expedition Society. Completely subjective complaint >With the downgraded gameplay, you'd just be better playing Rescue Team DX which improved on PSMD's systems, >It's worse because because I have to be more conservative with Power Points and there's overall less cheese >It's also terrible that the friend orb means that for once, PMD had limited content.
Backup your save file and restart or just try the level reset dungeons with different Pokemon.

>That's only arguably an issue with the series, not the game itself.
True, but it becomes a bigger problem with each game that passes. If there ever is an entirely new PMD game and it follows the same pattern that it always does, then it'll totally deserve it if it fails. >Entirely subjective.
Yeah, but that doesn't change how I feel. I never got round to playing GTI, but I think both Rescue Team and Explorers did it better. Explorers is a little unfair, but with Rescue Team I always found Team ACT really cool then there's characters like Gardevoir and Gengar. There's plenty of even minor characters I liked, like those Mankeys that go ballistic. >None of your friends were particularly annoying
The partner was. Being stuck in Pokemon Kindergarten just sucked. I would have preferred for the the protagonist and partner just be chilling in town if they didn't want to go straight into the society. >Backup your save file and restart
I don't need to do that for other games. > just try the level reset dungeons with different Pokemon.
I like having more casual repeatable content.
I don't know why people think another let's go is more likely than not, let alone for sure. They did LGPE because pokemon Go was a phenomenon when it first came out. Normies probably don't realize it still exists, and even among Pokemon fans it's pretty irrelevant.
That's only for good. LGPE's GO influences were the cancer of that game. A Crystal remake with a similar graphics and general appraoch to the original game's world and plot as LGPE but with normal battling and catching system, no "GO Park" bullshit and shit like that would be a dream come true.
I would actually enjoy a Let's Go Johto game far more than LGPE
It’s happening. What better way to end Pokémon on switch than with how it started?
Yes please

I somehow put 200 hours into LGPE.
Get ready to double that in the sequels
you guys want to have permanently unevolved pichu and togepi in your team?

Why not? They will get super buffed, plus you can take them out of the party if you don't want to use them.
The starters definitely evolve. They would never not let you use Pikachu and it would only be fair to let Togepi evolve into Togetic as well.
I want a Let's Go Unova game
Togepi isn't nearly marketable enough to be the mascot for a game.
It’s the original baby Pokémon introduced via the anime. And the Lets Go sequel games would more than likely introduce the mechanics first shown in GSC.

It’s the gen that introduced baby Pokémon and breeding as a mechanic anon.
Yes! Let's bring in all the brainless Go casuals to fuck the Pokémon series corpse even more!
>corpse
Pokémon never died anon.
>casuals
The majority of the fan base is already casual players, even long time fans enjoy the series and play casually without getting into competitive or making their Pokémon viable
Pokémon is a zombie franchise like Star Wars.
It deserves to rest in peace.
Okay yet here you are contributing to a “zombie corpse” franchise. Fuck off. This is the largest multimedia franchise of all time

Don't get my hopes up, anon. I love LGPE and I would love a Johto sequel
They even alluded to a sequel in LGPE sucks if they never continue it
>They even alluded to a sequel in LGPE
Where? Do you mean Archer?
>Archer
>Sabrina
>Espeon/Umbreon outfits
What about her? Did she say something I missed?
Did you play the game? She says; see you in two years. If I remember correctly.
Yes I played the game. In fact I'm currently replaying it. But I just don't remember Sabrina's words for some reason.
“I won't encounter a Trainer like you for around another three years."- Sabrina
Basically talking about the Johto protagonist
I see, thank you!
I don't know why people think another let's go is more likely than not, let alone for sure. They did LGPE because pokemon Go was a phenomenon when it first came out. Normies probably don't realize it still exists, and even among Pokemon fans it's pretty irrelevant.

Yes, although the more GSC (specifically C)-based an the less HGSS-based it is, the better.
LGPE is just right for Johto. A nugen-style remake would make Johto totally soulless and a BDSP-style one would be just redundant.
That would require Gamefreak to give a shit about johto
>"Let's Go Johto is a lock"
>"Legends Unova is a lock"
We're probably getting some other new thing.
>Let's go, Pichu
>Let's go, Togepi
More like
>I choose you, Pichu
>I choose you, Togepi
Because I think GF is putting more effort in remakes' titles.
>Pokemon Go slop
>Heart and Soul
Kek no, it will be shit and you know it
How? I enjoyed LGPEa follow up would be just as enjoyable
You just have bad taste then
Have fun with your shitty catch mechanics then, shill
This revisionism trying to pretend the Let's Go games are good is hilarious
Where do you see more success of a shitty game like this making it. Ironically, I see it FAILING if it’s on the Switch 1.
