          And they weren’t in the base version of ACV either. Honestly AC6’s future expansion or sequel will have them I’m sure and the thing is with how the weapons work in AC6 weapon arms are probably going to have a tons of functions compared to past entries. You’re guaranteed at least two minimum functions and that’s without getting into charge levels

      Even crazier is the fact that they took out some lines and alternate routes. For example here's a webm where the dialogue changes if you do an alternative objective in the boss fight.

      At least that means extensions are coming back in some form. I can only imagine they were cut due to time and not figuring out what they wanted to do with them yet. It was pretty obvious extensions were on their mind considering all the arm parts have a slot for them. Interesting to see it asymmetrical though

        I hope they come back to the double handed idea. Having hand weapons power scaling for taking both slots like old back weapons in the past would be nice. Mainly for melee weapon ideas. Guess they scrapped it due to the idea of weapon hangers, but I think that can be solved forcing an empty hanger slot for the off hand side or back weapons only

        For Answer was heavily dumbed down.
        Verdict Day had some of its base mechanics made simpler but at the same time added some things that were harder than anything V had to offer, so I guess we call that one a mixed bag.

            Energy management is nonexistent unless you go out of your way to use a bunch of drainy parts or a terrible generator.
            Quickboost was juiced up so much that it becomes a get out of jail free card, compounded by the fact that you always have energy available
            Blade tracking was improved so much that it became a brainless win button, even after two patches that reduced the speed bonus from firing a blade. Let's not even talk about 1.20.
            The new bosses do little beyond looking imposing, if you're moving any amount they can't hit you with nonmissile weapons. The only exception is Answerer's AA, which only hits you if you walk into it.
            Stabilizers no longer have weight, making them free value
            After a certain point, the game will just hand you everything in the shop for free, which I don't particularly object to but it is still a minor dumb-down

            For Answer does everything possible to pander to casuals.
