        I don’t reallly have a routine with specific areas. I just have days, and go from there - but each group gets 4 exercises each,

        Day 1 - biceps and chest
        Day 2 - triceps and back
        Day 3 - core and shoulders
        Day 4 - legs

        2 days rest, 30 mins of cardio each day of exercise.

            Maybe I got too defensive, but yeah, I’m natural if that’s what you’re thinking. I’m too much of an egotist to use that shit. If I did, I would be cheating and that would discount all of my hard work.

            The only supplements I use are preworkout before, protein after, vitamins d, c, and b, and an unhealthy obcession with wanting to be liked.

            Not really, anon. I use to weigh 50kg, a friend got me into gym after a bad breakup, and I used it to filter all of my issues into. It’s just a healthy, albeit, obsessive outlet for me.
