not to this extent. the big problem with sse was that every time it updated we had to wait for skse devs and certain incompetent modders to change a line of text in a patch.
>we don't do remasters so you can buy the original system and the game in the second hand market 🙂 >here's the 3rd remaster of skyrim and no other game will get this treatment
There's lots of armor and weapons, but there are also several mods that change cells for houses and new locations, and that's what's going to frick a lot of mods up the most.
The existence of this version of the game will completely frick up SE's modding scene across the board. Now every single mod will need to account for all of the CC content.
Only certain native code SKSE mods will be affected. At this point we don't even do the quarterly waiting for dramaqueens to update their mods, we have a universal library for that. The same will happen to this after a while.
Several mods that affect world spaces will likely need to be changed to avoid conflicts with CC content changing the same cell. A frickton of the CC stuff involves new areas in pre-existing locations.
>SKSE devs have to do their work a third time >ambitious mods like Beyond Skyrim dead in the water >modders will have to fix every game breaking bug for the third time >Bethesda still expects you to play Skyrim again
The Anniversary Edition has no advantage over any other release of Skyrim
>Skyrim modders moved the frick on anon
This is what I'm worried about, it' been 10 years. There's no way they're still interested in modding Skyrim still.
What’s the source for this claim beyond speculation? Do we even know that AE is a separate version from SSE? The promotional material made it sound like it was just SSE with some new shitty CC mods.
So?
Didn't the last remaster do the same thing?
not to this extent. the big problem with sse was that every time it updated we had to wait for skse devs and certain incompetent modders to change a line of text in a patch.
how the frick is this a surprise?
It's not.
Are people STILL buying new versions of skyrim?
No we are all getting it for free, again. At least on PC. I don't know how it works for consoles.
Ah, that's fine. I'll keep my pirated version.
I know, but this means (or I thought it meant) people were STILL buying it then.
Todd already stated they will stop rereleasing the game when people stops buying it.
>disable auto-update
>backup exe
>only launch with skse
>just don't download new mods
ok moron
There are new mods still being made for LE
>on topic thread
No. Stop right now. Spam soijak. Spam trannies. Destroy the board. We all deserve to suffer for being white.
There is no white people at Ganker
>we don't do remasters so you can buy the original system and the game in the second hand market 🙂
>here's the 3rd remaster of skyrim and no other game will get this treatment
What are they even adding? Shit from the Creation Club, some textures... Is it really that much that it breaks mods?
Is anyone actually excited for that stuff? It's all horse armor tier stuff isn't it?
>It's all horse armor tier stuff isn't it?
Yeah. They’re literally selling AE on the fact that they’re going to make a new fishing mod for it.
There's lots of armor and weapons, but there are also several mods that change cells for houses and new locations, and that's what's going to frick a lot of mods up the most.
Gotta keep the modcucks on the treadmill

Can we have fricking 64bit support for fallout new vegas?
No, only skyrim matters

imagine having to make a bashed patch for fricking 500 goddamned creation club shits.

90% of all Skyrim modders moved the frick on anon lol
>Skyrim modders moved the frick on anon
This is what I'm worried about, it' been 10 years. There's no way they're still interested in modding Skyrim still.
There's still autismos working on the beyond skyrim mods. There's also people working on morrowind mods
Most of them moved on like 4 years ago anon.
Morrowind still have an active modding community.
>Skyreddit
Go back
People dont give a shit and will keep buying Skyrim no matter what.
Do pirated CC mods work in VR?
I am sure the tens of fans using mods will be pissed.
Time to use wabbajack to download a shit ton of packs and save them onto my NAS incase the modders dont fix their shit
> You should mod the game totally not a pain in the ass.
This happens.
Mods Not even once.
I just want a gog release.
What’s the source for this claim beyond speculation? Do we even know that AE is a separate version from SSE? The promotional material made it sound like it was just SSE with some new shitty CC mods.
Skyrim SE did that too. Nothing new.
Skyrim SE didn't include all of the CC downloadable content for free.
Isn't it a new, separate version from SE? If so then who gives a frick
No, it's SE bundled with all the existing CC content and several new ones.
