        >Starkiller doing THIS is fine
        >major character of 2 games putting up a decent fight before her death vs Vader is apparently the fall of the west
Vader's always been a jobber he has literally never convicingly beaten anyone on screen ever since he donned the suit.

Not the strawman you're arguing against but that was EVEN WORSE. Starkiller was way worse than Ahsoka or any other oc that came after.

I think the difference with Starkiller is no one, not even the devs or writers on the game, thought that shit would ever be considered canon, so it was a lot less relevant and more just an excuse for fun combat. I mean, come on, the DLCs were him killing other main characters like Han and Chewie, nobody was ever taking those games as serious canon.

What? One of the main selling points for The Force Unleashed 1 was that it got Lucas' seal of approval and was canon (not that that held up): https://www.cnet.com/culture/george-lucas-ushers-in-star-wars-the-force-unleashed/

I mean, maybe, but I was around when it came out and no one took it seriously, at least no one I knew, which was a lot of SW fans since we'd been playing together since DF2:JK through JA. Hell, Kyle Katarn and even Dash Rendar were taken more seriously.

even after having almost half of his body fricked up he's one of the most powerful force sensitives to ever live. To put it into perspective of how absolutely insane Anakin's potential is, Lucas said Vader after getting cut up is about 80% as strong as Palpatine, and Palpatine is the most powerful sith to have ever lived.

Mace ironically has Palpatines number because of Vaapad
                >inb4 Legends/EU shit
Dont care, Vaapad is the most powerful saber fighting style and Windu created and perfected it. The whole style is centered around giving in to the joy of battle and leaning towards the Dark Side, Mace is also a master duelist which Palpatine was also on the same level and arguably stronger but Force wise Mace has him beat as he does most other Jedi.

Cool then Mace is like the Kenpachi of Star Wars. I have always found that kind of gray side of the force to be more balanced than full jedi/sith tism.

It is, its why KOTOR 1 and 2 are more interesting settings. Mace took a sith fighting style and converted it into the ideal combat form thats difficult to master without losing yourself in a berserker like rage. Luke does something similar by using his dads fighting style which is preferred by Siths, Djem So

PC, I forget if 1 or 2 needs some enhancement stuff but vanilla is fine besides downloading no helmets visible mods because its very jarring seeing your characters wearing them when, yknow, some are Jedi. Might need widescreen mod too but its been awhile since Ive played them tbh.

Kotor 2 needs TSLRCM, basically mandatory and might as well be semi-official for the game at this point. Both Kotor games should also be used with a wide-screen patch, but there's different methods for both games iirc. I honestly forgot about what's the best way for K1, but K2 with the aspyr version has native wide-screen. If you plan to do any more mods on K2 you should use the legacypc version of the game and patch it yourself with a wide-screen patch.

                Anonymous

Oh yeah I completely forgot about that with K2, I just consider that part of the base experience and forget you have to mod that cut content stuff in

                Anonymous

TSLRCM might just be the most essential game mod of any game, period. Nowadays though, I do recommend also getting the community bug fixes mod that's compatible with it and there's another mod that reverts one (and some more if you want) of the changes TSLRCM makes that is kind of controversial (in the sense of this content was deleted for a reason by Obsidian and should never have been restored controversial, not culture wars bs kind of controversy). But other than that one thing, TSLRCM is golden.

                >How come Mace casually pushed his shit in?
So, this is a pretty big question up in the air because it's only really touched on in the novelization of the Revenge Of The Sith, where it said both that Palpatine had counted on Anakin coming to save him and see him dying to Mace and also that is Anakin showed up a second later, Mace Windu would have won. There's a couple different explanations that can be gleamed.
Did Palpatine throw the fight so that Anakin would see a Jedi over him willing to murder him and reinforce what Palpatine was telling him, that Jedi are evil and trying to take over the republic?
Did Palpatine know that Mace Windu was stronger and he'd lose but bet on Anakin coming to save him?
Or, is the fact Mace Windu's form 7 Juyo the perfect sith killing form, since he feeds off the dark side energy of his opponent, so stronger the sith, stronger he gets, and he used that to defeat palpatine?
                We don't really know

                >Did Palpatine throw the fight so that Anakin would see a Jedi over him willing to murder him and reinforce what Palpatine was telling him, that Jedi are evil and trying to take over the republic?
I find that extremely moronic, even in the movies, because Palps just smoked like 3 or 4 other masters so Mace has a reason to want him dead and I never understood how Anakin ignored the dead masters kek.
                >Did Palpatine know that Mace Windu was stronger and he'd lose but bet on Anakin coming to save him?
I mean Palps is very scheming so it's a possibility.
                >Or, is the fact Mace Windu's form 7 Juyo the perfect sith killing form, since he feeds off the dark side energy of his opponent, so stronger the sith, stronger he gets, and he used that to defeat palpatine?
That sounds pretty cool, is there somewhere that expands on this? I'm not super familiar with the novels and all the EU stuff.

                >I never understood how Anakin ignored the dead masters kek
                1) anakin is moronic
                2) he was under the impression Palpatine could bring people to life with the force (he can't) so he didn't give too much of a shit about Mace Windu or Kit Fisto, he just wanted him alive so he could save Padme
                >is there somewhere that expands on this?
It gets touched on quite a bit in basically anything that involves Mace Windu. I'd read the prequel trilogy novels and the Mace Windu novel Shatterpoint

My interpretation of the novel fight was that the longer the fight went on the stronger Mace was getting and Palps purposefully dragged the fight out too long. The details are up to interpretation but Lucas is pretty definitive in saying Mace won that duel. Palps capitalized on Anakin's arrival and Mace's win perfectly though which was more important than who actually won this little duel.

                Anonymous

I agree with you, it's always been my interpretation that if Palpatine wanted to, the fight would have been over before Anakin showed up, but he was counting on Anakin coming to finally give him the push to becoming Vader, and it quickly got out of hand. I even find it interesting that being stronger isn't as important as something like timing and match ups.

                >I even find it interesting that being stronger isn't as important as something like timing and match ups.
I dislike how nowadays people wank saber forms and force feats like DBZ power levels. And I really enjoy the lore about how the forms all have their own strengths and weaknesses but sometimes people just get way too caught up in it as if it was a literal game of rock paper scissors in addition to the force power level wanking. Thankfully it's only the fans that go down that route.

Luke actually beats Vader in RotJ. But it's just not peak Vader as HE is the one that is conflicted here. Luke actually bests him and if you have seen the deleted scenes for RotJ, Luke is way more aggressive right into the fight and has Vader on the ropes from the very moment the duel starts. And despite this being a deleted scene this is still the narrative's intention even without those scenes being present

        >he could barely keep up with old man Kenobi
this fight has been told about 10 different ways depending on the source, but in the Kenobi novel he says vader is so powerful and relentless that if Kenobi lost focus for even a split second he'd be instantly dead, he could barely feel his arms, and if the fight went on any longer than it did he most certainly would have lost. Of course, other sources say basically the exact opposite and that Vader wasn't confident he could win, and don't get me started on the moronitude of the Kenobi series.
        >Luke with a couple years of training
Luke was basically fast tracked by Yoda and Obi Wan and Anakin was purposefully held back constantly. And they have the same force potential so it makes some sense.

A robot became a Jedi force user in old lore.

You got some creature that are force resistant and the Yuuzan Wong, which both have mystical evolutionary adaptations or outside biology, but the idea that losing a limb will make you a less powerful Jedi is very new. It dates back to midichlorian.

No. Unless you're talking 1970 old lore, we always had a robot force user since 1980. He's somewhat of a curiosity, but the strong idea was that the Force is so mystical that it can even be used by some very exceptionnal droids.

The idea that cutting your arms off will sever your connection to the Force dates back from the prequels.

I think Iaido is really popularized by Rurouni Kenshin, and I agree with you that star wars can't lean heavily into that art form; however, it can still lean heavily into other strengths of Kenshin, like having characters of varying power levels with entirely different philosophies on fighting, and life, yet still having respect for each other. I think that a star wars Kenshin would be absolutely kino. Like a fallen sith assassin who now is trying to redeem himself amongst the commoners is constantly dogged by jedis/other sith assassins all while exploring the world and his political outlook, it's kino

The EU was shaken quite a bit by the prequels. Nothing new here. Afterward they tried to seamlessly patch the two conflicting visions for Star Wars, but it's a little rough.

George Lucas took a lot from the EU (most infamously, Corus_C_ant) but he never did promise to give a shit about continuity, and his position was always: the EU is fun but canonity is Me, Myself, and I. Pushing the other author scrambling to connect the dots.

That includes video games too, which are EU by default.

The books that tries to patch together pre-prequels Jedi and post-prequel Jedi are fun tho, and frankly, it adds to the overall universe. You've got a much richer universe by doing that stuff.

Also hilarious how Vader is literally a Chosen One hero that turned to the dark side and Star Wars media featured plenty of stories about people who though they could stand against Darth Vader, trick him or in any way mess with him only to get dunked on everytime, then Disney goes "nah, our super cool Debra Wilson OC can make vader KNEEL with the force and also stand her ground against him in a fight" that's just fricking shameless.

You didn't read the comics, or thought that Disney shit is the same as the EU.

Darth Vader is supposed to be highly dangerous and the list of people who can actually stand against him in a fight is pretty short. Disney Black Woman OC doesn't belong there.

Okay? And Cere Junda was already a jedi master before O66, then she trained for 5 years waiting for a chance to kill Vader, she even constructed a special arena to fight him. And you're upset because she actually put up a fight before dying? Why does Starkiller to you feel like a more valid character than this one? Because you're not 11 anymore?

You play as Starkiller the entire game and see him grow, its still moronic he can fight evenly with both Vader and Palpatine but its a game with him as the protag. Ceres the sheboon isnt a protagonist in fact, you are mostly told what she can do and pulls random feats out of her ass. These are not the same thing. If the nigress was the playable character the entire time id give it a bigger pass, people like to cope and say she was getting stronger during this entire time but so has Vader? The guy whos considered in both Legends and Canon to be one of the best duelists in the galaxy? Starkiller brought down a Star Destroyer, Ceres just tells you about the things shes done.

I have never got the moronic "power levels" arguments about Vader and Star Wars. Growing up as a kid before the prequels I never thought that "Vader is #1 if he ever loses anything it's total bullshit!"
I always assumed a Jedi Master could do alright in a fight against him because his power came from betrayal more than power level. Scenes like in Rogue One or the end of Fallen Order (where he's twisting the whole base up) were stupid as hell.
Vader didn't need to be a God to be threatening in the original.

You are exactly right but fanboys see characters only through the "omg this character is placed #X on fandom chart and this is dragon ball z so he must win!!!" hence why half the SW fanbase think Luke is all about power and never losing vs anyone.

in the movie he is both possibly the most powerful duelist AND exceptionally powerful as a force user. I believe that they say he is on par with Windu and Yoda, who are both the best at dueling/force, respectively. Dooku is also meant to be a super strong duelist who gets trounced by Anakin

People took this as Palpatine creating Anaking out of nothing but the Force. Or Plagueis, his master.
Don’t think any official media shows what what Palpatine’s relationship with his mentor, nor when and how he put an end to him.

already confirmed not what happened, and the scene from the vader comics isn't supposed to show him creating Anakin, but that he was a constant evil influence over him. It's supposed to be more metaphorical, and if you wanna go old canon, Plageius and Palpatine created life on some frick off planet far away from Tatooine and the force made Anakin as a direct frick you to the dark side in response to that

this is grifter grey jedi propaganda, the dark side is a cancer and a perversion of the force. "balance" doesn't mean equal dark and light, balance means killing all dark Black folk and watching them bleed. The light side of the force is serving the force and the dark side is using the force to serve you. That being said, jedi are also morons, but morons the force deemed acceptable enough to live.

                >the dark side is a cancer and perversion of the force
correct, Lucas himself said as much
                >"balance" means the genocide of all israelites
so, this is a concept people have a hard time accepting, but someone who fell completely to the dark side might as well be a completely different person than who they really are. It's a person driven entirely by their darkest most secret desires, who is consumed 24/7 by nothing but their hatred and malice. This is why the series constantly paints Anakin and Darth Vader as two different people, because they are. Vader himself says this kind of a lot. It's of course KIND OF metaphorical but it's more literal than a lot of people accept. So, this being said, the death of the dark side doesn't necessarily mean "uh oh my nephew had a bad dream better kill him in his sleep" but the complete rejection of the dark side. Whether that's throwing palpatine down an exhaust shaft or redeeming them like Luke did, as long as they're gone.
                >Anakin watching his mom limp and die and having the ability to take a piss on her is 100% the good side
force visions and precognition isn't "good" it just IS, that's just part of being force sensitive
                >Anakin forced to be a cuck and not frick his wife while some tentacle alien gets her in a political marriage is 100% the good side
Also incorrect, sex isn't forbidden by the jedi code, only attachment. But it's doubly wrong because attachment and love are absolutely the paths away from the dark side and the Jedi Order are fricking moronic. That's how Anakin was redeemed, after all. Not just anyone could do it, it was his son and the memory of his Wife that finally let him overcome Vader and the dark side. This WAS Luke's entire character arc past Return Of The Jedi in the EU, remaking and completely changing the ideas imposed by the old Jedi Order because it was the rigid impartiality that caused this shit show in the first place. In Luke's Jedi Order, Jedi were encouraged to love.

Nah definitely not. Even looking only at the prequels without the context of EU material, the reason the Jedi were so fricked was because the balance of the force in an ethereal kind of sense was tipped so far to the DS by Palpatine and Plagueis over the years that the Jedi's vision was clouded. The force has its own will for sure even if the sides themselves are contradictory and wane and wax in power.

In the EU, which some of which was well written, Vader is absolutely a murder machine of impossible proportions. He once crashed a meeting of 40 jedi that had managed to survive. The jedi went surviving non longer. 1v40.

The prequels add to that because it was always the idea that Vader is a Big Deal. He's a terminator/dragon archetype, no one wants to fight him. The prequels made him a chosen one with frickhuge force powers just because that's what his archetype is supposed to be.

Both EU and prequels agree with the OT that involving Vader should not be done lightly, and that he doesn't loose.

objectively, bug-eyed Deborah Wilson is the strongest character in all of fiction. She is, at least, Transcendental tier. She is present in all realities, artforms, and mediums, you cannot escape her scrutinizing gaze.
Present everywhere at once, her appearance in the Star Wars games possibly represents a minute amount of her estimated power.
She has BECOME Amanda Waller, travelled across realities to lead the resistance groups against the Nazis in Wolfenstein, become the high priest in an Isekai, aided Spiderman in his inclusive quest, participated in Modern Warfare ™, and even been a member of the Mafia.

The first time they meet she literally makes Darth Vader KNEEL with the force, the same character who is presented as a walking force of nature tearing shit apart with the force while he pursues you without much of a hurry.
The second time fricking Darth Vader almost gets killed by her and only wins because of her being moronic, and she still stands tall with a fricking hole in her body while Darth Vader limps away.

Also, let me just bring up the little fact that Anakin Skywalker is LITERALLY a Chosen One and the Messiah of this universe, yes Debra Wilson is capable of making Evil Force Jesus kneel with space magic and whoop his ass.

the whole point of both cal and cere is that they're mediocre as jedi but would unironically be unstoppable if they let themselves to the dark side
that's why cere in fallen order can't do shit to vader, but once she taps into the dark side she can pin him to the floor for a moment - and he's visibly pleased by it and wants her to fall further to the dark side
by the way once she "makes him kneel" he just gets up and walks up to her but you left that part, maybe star wars is a bit too nuaced for you

Vaapad or whatever it's called? Supposedly that only really works against negativity and rage channeling the darkness against whoever it's against, so it's extremely effective against sidious, while Dooku fought without using darkness, he was just a duelist
It's strong, but Dooku is equally as busted
Hell, he fought both Anakin and Obiwan at the same time together, and could hold his own enough to win, or escape, up until Palpatine tricked him into just getting himself killed

Dooku uses the Dark Side all the time when he is Tyranus. Just because he is classy, refined evil rather than raging evil doesn't mean he isn't tapping into the Dark Side of the Force. Mace would paste him. Jedi Master Dooku before he left the order would probably be on par with Windu though, I agree.
                Also Vapaad is moronic.

This is total headcanon stuff but I always interpreted Vader as having lost a lot of his power after he got put in the suit and he kind of just stopped caring about anything. Lost his connection with the force and such. Obviously I am not defending how Vader has been used by creators as a stand in for "old Star Wars" soe he has to constantly get beat up only to barely win/escape in the end, but yeah.

      >This is total headcanon stuff but -canonically confirmed stuff-
yeah, midichlorians are in your blood, when you get 3 of you 4 limbs cut off, you lose a lot of your power. Lucas even said if Palpatine is a 100, vader is an 80. And after everything he knew and loved died in front of him, he became a walking ball of malice. He didn't care about anything or anyone until seeing his Son was still alive, that's when he started becoming a person again.
He still had a rock solid connection to the force, though, and if you read the vader comics technically even stronger because of how pure his hate his. Showed that homosexual Momin who the king is.

A former jedi master vs. a former knight whose power was largely fricked by the loss of his organic arms, and a gimp suit designed to limit his abilities but also increase his focus on the dark side of the force by bringing him lots of pain. It stands to reason that she would be able to take on Vader for a while.

      Anonymous

the distinction between knight and master is literally the ability to raise a padawan to knighthood and by the time of order 66 Anakin was the 3rd strongest jedi in the order behind Mace Windu and Yoda (at 21 years old, might I add) and that's not even counting Kirak Infila who took the Barash Vow and spent literally 100% of his time training to fight and was probably the most skilled person in the order at the time, and Vader killed him and took his lightsabers as his first mission as a robot.
So yes, his status as a knight vs a master means nothing in a fight and before he could even get used to his new suit he was sent out to kill the most dangerous man in the order besides Yoda himself. You're a giant homosexual

I mean the game already has light dismemberment, you can cut off arms and legs off humanoid enemies, and more generally you see burn marks from lightsabers when hitting enemies
And you can already do twisted shit like holding a stormtrooper with telekinesis, and forcing him to shoot his fellow stormtroopers
So strangling enemies with the force and electrcuting them isn’t too far fetched
There’s no blood either since cutting someone’s arm cauterize the wound entirely

The biggest serving of bullshit int the entire series is Obi Wan beating Greivous 1v1. Dude is four armed and has four sabers, all he would have to do is scissor in with all four sabers at once, you literally can't physically block that shit

      Anonymous

Obi Wans whole fighting style is countering and focusing on the defensive, its not that farfetched he'd be able to handle 4 sabers at once, honestly him finishing Grievous with a blaster is the worst part of that fight.

I'd put the blame on Genndy's rendition of Grievous, turning him into a nigh unkillable Jedi-slaying machine that was apparently still weaker than Doku, then Episode 3 happens and they both die like chumps.

        >Grievous was turned into a joke with his constant coofing

I've come to warm up to the idea that Greivous is only so good at killing Jedi because of shock tactics plus overwhelming advantage, and that in vidya terms he's like an early-meta character that falls off late-game because everyone catches onto and adapts to him once they start respecting his play style. Also people grossly underestimate Obi-Wan. He's by far one of the most skilled Jedi of the era even if he's very plain compared to the other top power Jedi.

Obi Wans whole fighting style is countering and focusing on the defensive, its not that farfetched he'd be able to handle 4 sabers at once, honestly him finishing Grievous with a blaster is the worst part of that fight.

        >honestly him finishing Grievous with a blaster is the worst part of that fight.
Maybe anti-climactic in a sense but I like how Obi-Wan is so cunning. Maybe not so Jedi-like in the end but he has a knack for murking opponents in the most non Jedi-like ways. It's a very consistent part of his prequel trilogy character.

If you have knowledge of supplemental material you would know a few things:
      1. Grievous does not utilize The Force just his own personal warrior prowess and a cybernetic body augmented by CIS tech.
      2. Grievous was specifically taught to use smart tactics against his opponents, demoralize them, exhaust them, be unorthodox, aggressive, hide in the shadows and strike. Evident by his first appearance.
      3. Grievous lost against Mace Windu and was being held off by Dooku in a sparring match he showed no exhaustion from. He was crippled by Mace and wasn't able to fix what had happened in time as the war was nearing its end.

Granted, this is all nullified by Filoni's fanfiction which shows Grievous always having the cough. But the point is he was never on the level of seasoned knights and masters. Incredibly skilled, efficient, vengeful and tactical sure but because he was taught this as a means of fighting Jedi.

And keep in mind this comic book was released when Disney pretended all of them to be canon.

honestly caring about star wars that isnt just the first 6 movies is a pointless, gay, maybe even moronic endeavor. I say this as someone that sorta even respects the clone wars cartoon but can't even really bother to sit through it. For how much of a bumbling silly individual lucas is, he did a fine job with his movies and that's it.

good thing the games pre-7th gen are solid.

So why did bode betray you anyway?
Couldn't everyone just live together on the same planet?
And why is he so fricking strong?

      >So why did bode betray you anyway?
he was working for the empire
      >Couldn't everyone just live together on the same planet?
empire knew where he was and also had his daughter
      >why is he so fricking strong
THIS is a good question. Realistically, it's because it's a video game and you can't have your final boss be a random b***h, but that doesn't work when telling a story that depends on a universe with (somewhat) established power rankings like Star Wars

He worked for the empire to protect his daughter, in Tanalorr he no longer would need to worry, he could just move together with cal and hidden path, and live out of reach of empire.

          >in Tanalorr he no longer would need to worry, he could just move together with cal and hidden path, and live out of reach of empire.
he doesn't believe that, he thinks it'll end the same way it did with his wife. thinks the empire can infiltrate anything and he kinda proves it by infiltrating cal's group

          Anonymous

problem is that Cal & co didn't want to hide on Tanalor, they wanted it to be a base for the Hidden Path and for the anti-Empire movement
Bode values Tanalor as a hiding place for just his daughter far more than he values it as a fortress for anyone else also he is a bit insane and really deep into the sunk cost fallacy mindset

      >So why did bode betray you anyway?
he already tried the "we'll hide someplace safe" thing before and it failed, his wife got killed, and it drove him insane & paranoid. he betrays cal to prove nowhere is safe and because he thinks the safe haven will be safer without a resistance using it as a base
      >Couldn't everyone just live together on the same planet?
i mean yeah they could but eventually the empire will find the rebel base on tanalor somehow, it'll 100% happen in the 3rd game, bode is right about that. he thought the chances of the empire finding them would be far smaller if it was just a few people hiding there.
      >And why is he so fricking strong?
he's a trained jedi knight, also in the game canon giving yourself to the dark side makes you far stronger and he's constantly tapped in it

      He's a darkie

      >And why is he so fricking strong?
Guy was Jedi intelligence, think a 00 agent with a lightsaber.

Not to mention he was tapping into the Dark side, which is a combat buff by nature (Cal can literally fight on the level of a Jedi Master when he uses the Dark Side. You'll notice his moveset switches to Cere's moveset when he briefly uses it, including damage values.)

Only reason im ok with Ahsoka being still around is because her design is pure coomer bait. The reason Vader hasnt killed her yet is now that Padmes dead he needs someone else to bounce on his dick and Snips is a pro at it. Taimanin Asagi game but its just Ahsoka getting mindbroken by Vader

      >The reason Vader hasnt killed her yet
he tried, she was saved by a guy who got the powers of time and space, and it makes very little sense even in context

Luke, did I ever tell you about Ahsoka Tano? She was your father’s exotic teenage alien apprentice, a fine piece of jailbait from a more civilized age. She had the tightest body and the perkiest little breasts in the galaxy; barely legal in most systems.

Anakin and I used to doubleteam her at the end of every successful campaign during the Clone Wars, and once in a while we’d even have the entire 501st run a train over her, part of official Jedi “training” of course. In time, she learned how to handle a meatsaber better than anyone in the Jedi Temple. She wore a miniskirt every day so we told her there were no panties in space, and since she was constantly doing acrobatics you’d get a glimpse of her orange pussy mid fight as she’d do a flip while slicing a B2 Super Battledroid in half. It was surreal.

We taught her to grip her weapon backwards like a dildo and she constantly got captured by pirates and slavers almost every other day. It was ridiculous, like a constant porno Luke, you have no idea. And she was a good friend.

          >Rosario Dawson and Hayden are only a few years apart in age
          >Hayden still attempts to move with some degree of grace and poise like his prequel days
          >Rosario moves like a flabby 70 year old cursed with diabetes and arthritis

It's not just Hayden. Him and McGregor are the only ones who ever try in the new stuff. Probably because they actually spent a large portion of the prequels training to have fast paced choreography. Maybe if they didn't have to do that training they'd be just as slow as everyone else.

Anyone likes replaying SWTOR from time to time?
It’s my guilty pleasure, I like that you can play 90% of the content as if it was a singleplayer game, the stories are interesting, loads of dialogue with moral choices and light/dark alignment, you have your own ship, lots of storyline and planets to explore
Playing a light side Sith Warrior and utterly mindbreak Jedi scum because they can’t wrap their mind around the fact that a Sith could be light side
Or the kino Imperial Agent storyline
Lots of good shit in this game, basically KOTOR 3

    >BUT MUH STARKILLER
He was designed from the ground up BY Darth Vader as a force super weapon specifically to go toe to toe with fricking palps. He's also dumb as a stump, and his eventual fight with vader works a lot better because he's nearly deranged with righteous fury over Vader having seemingly killed someone he loved, rather than the smug indignation of a fricking uppity black woman who pulled her ridiculous force power out of the writer's butthole.

    Is Jedi Fallen Order good?
I've heard that it's a "good" game by EA, which is something rare, and it's on sale, so I'm thinking of getting it
Also, are the customization good? The reviews stated the rewards you will get is cosmetics

      >Is FO good?
Better than you'd think it would be given Disney and EA.
      >Are the customization good?
No. All unlocks are color variations for poncho, your ship, or your droid. This is an aspect that the sequel btfos FO on.

It’s a sekiro lite, mixed with uncharted platform and also metroidvania level design
I like it very much that it has no RPG shit like stats and such like the godawful Nu-God of War
It’s just reaction based combat, and you have skill tree for new moves, that’s it
It’s the best modern Star Wars game for sure, Jedi Survivor is even better in the gameplay department

Surivivor also waste your time the least out of this kind of "cinematic game but we're too pretentious to make a JRPG" action game that's so popular to make now.

Yeah it has more gameplay than it has movie game shit
A lot of those narrative action games could learn a lot from the Jedi games
But then again it’s Respawn, you can always trust them with gameplay

It's an OK game, but literally a mish mash of the most popular souslike mechanics that were more popular at the time, without any regard for how they actually fit within the world and story
It kind of bugged me a lot when playing, because the star wars feel is spot on, but they make zero effort to explain bonfires/respawning enemies, etc
