I think you might be conflating ichigo and byakuya? Byakuya fights zommari, who has mastery of sonido, and can do afterimages (like byakuya can with shunpo). Ichigo fights dordoni, a non-numbered espada but he has tornado hands, not cloning.

Nothing, as long as it goes somewhere. That's why Bleach's final arc is such shit, it constantly subverts expectations but there's almost no payoff. I can only assume Kubo was trying to troll his audience with how limp that last arc is.
It's because the publisher was rushing him and he had serious health problems. It was supposed to be much longer.
Payoff how exactly? We got to see yet a lot of new facets of the world and its history explored, a lot of characters got their arcs and Aizen asspulled in some thematic overarching moral to the story as well.
It has the Bleach problem of dragging in the middle but other than that the arc is fine.

Narratively. Ichigo spends the entire final arc of Bleach feeling underpowered. I'm all for a main character being tested and all that but it never feels like Ichigo comes out on top in the end. He gets his ass kicked and his Bankai broken, comes back with an all-new one, and proceeds to do absolutely nothing interesting with it. Does he even beat a single Sternritter or whatever they were called after he comes back? The final confrontation with Yhwach ends the exact same way the confrontation with Aizen ends; a secondary character pulling something out of their ass. Grimmjow returns and does nothing, Rukia's new Bankai matters for exactly one fight, Mayuri has another dumb science asspull fight, Byakuya, Hitsugaya, and Kenpachi all spend a gorillion chapters fighting the stupid wrestler guy, all revealing new abilities in the process, and they don't even fricking win. So much of that arc feels like a waste of time. I know he was cut off early but even from earlier on it felt off.
He got cut from 800 chapters to under 750. There was supposed to be 20 chapters of ichigo and Ishida getting practice in while their parents created the still shard, that kills yhwach.

Depends really. Naruto had the best RPGs, far and away. RPG 1 & 3 (1 on GBA, 3 on DS) were some of the best licensed JRPGs I've ever played. One piece GBA was also good but not as good. In fact it was made as a direct response to how fricking well rpg 2 on gba sold.
Bleach has my favorite fighting games. They're fanservice schlock but they look and feel amaaaaaaazing. Heat the soul 6 is fricking awesome. Soul carnival 2 is probably the best sidescroller of any game the 3 has released (although naruto ninja council 4 comes pretty close.)
