they already did, you just need either dev kit PS5 (which you probably won't get too soon) or hacked PS5 (and there's no public hack yet)
clothes physics are broken though
I have PS4 and replayed it earlier this year with chromatic aberration removed.
I'm baffled by all this false information backed by literally nothing on a supposed "gaming" site
reminder that people still pretend that MGS4 is "unportable" spaghetti code made specifically for PS3, when Konami itself made a 360 port as part of their research and development
>Microsoft made a few attempts to get Metal Gear Solid 4—one of the biggest PS3 exclusives—on Xbox 360, but they never seemed to know what Hideo Kojima wanted in exchange for that. I remember getting panicked (and slightly frustrated) calls [from Microsoft] after meetings with Hideo asking me for guidance on how to convince him to bring MGS 4 to Xbox 360. >It was probably all for the best, though…I remember seeing Metal Gear Solid 4 running on an Xbox 360 dev kit. It looked almost identical to the PS3 version, but because the game was around 50 GB in size, Konami would have had to ship the Xbox 360 version as a half-dozen or so DVDs. The Internet would have just laughed at us.
>Despite how downtrodden my colleagues were with developing on PS3, most of them were still hardcore Sony fans and were not in favor of spending resources on such a test. They believed MGS 4 would look and run terribly on Microsoft’s older and inferior hardware. >One fateful day, the Konami R&D team hosted a meeting where we got to see the fruits of their labor—Metal Gear Solid 4 running beautifully and smoothly on an Xbox 360. As one of the few unabashed Xbox fans in the office, I was excited.
>The prevailing belief around the industry was that Sony must have secured an exclusive deal for the game. It wasn’t true. Had Kojima chosen to port the game to Xbox 360, his bosses would surely have approved the decision, but he wasn’t ready to make the jump.
Yeah that's why I never give two shits about your average "gamer" input on the tech talk behind a game, cause it's been proven to me a millionth time from browsing this shit board that most gamers are tech illiterate morons and those who larp to know 2 shits about the development of the game (eg :
The coding is all fricked up. It's literally impossible to port it to PC without a remake
never ever
this fricking guy is my favorite autist but god damn man
>Remaster
Proof that the game wasn't good enough, stop begging already
PC port will be stickied and the seethe will be glorious.
Surely someone figured out how to mod the game to run at 60fps on PS5 by now

you can run it 60fps on a ps4 pro. drawback is 720p but fluid gameplay >>>> graffix every time if you ask me.
they chose to port fricking Daysgone to PC before this for some reason

>another tech illiterate schizo snoy
it's literally the same engine used in Dark Souls 3
> NEVER

the matter of running Unreal Engine games on PC is clicking "build PC version" button for the most barebones playable port
everyone wants to the next epic youtuber
Never going to happen. It's a niche game with an audience that only exists on the internet. Elden Ring and Souls are household names.
