Every zelda pre BOTW has better enemy design
BOTW enemy design is soulless

You posted the one good boss from this game. And aside from the dumb phantom Ganons, the enemy designs in BOTW are probably the most inspired in the series.
Do you even remember what bokoblins and moblins look like in Skyward Sword?
>BOTW
>Inspired
They are soulless trash mobs. The only thing BOTW does right is the gameplay
I don't see how you can argue that the BOTW Bokoblins aren't their best incarnations. That goes for Lynels, Hinoxes, Lizalfos and Moblins too, although I personally prefer the dog designs than the tapir.
They are boring designs, at least the chicken is still cool
Weren’t lizalfoes in skyward sword hot lizardmen with Man-Thing arms
Really?
>durability is shit
>climbing is shit
>shrines are shit
I mean gameplay other than that, yes.
Mechanically it is the best and the game gives you the best sandbox tools of the entire franchise. The shrines could be more inspired, most felt like filler or post game content

There's like 5 enemy types what the fuck are you on about?
And the ones that are there are their best incarnations.
Bokoblins are the same thing as WWs just wider. Moblins were better in WW too.
wind wakers bokoblins had way more personality.
Everything in WW had more personality, that's just a given.
>Wizzrobes
>Lizalfos
hell no
also not fond of how Hinoxes got turned into giant fat Moblins with one eye instead of the weird oni/ogre types they were before
kneel.
Mmm yes all 5 enemy types on BotW is truly great
They looked like goofy Pixar side comedic relief villains, so about par for the course for a video game franchise meant for 6 year olds that 35 year old men obsessively fight about when discussing which game was better or worse with gifs of shoot eyeball with arrow puzzles because again, they’re made for fucking toddlers, literally.
The guardians are cool, kys
This is a neat design
it looks like a monsters inc background character
she looks like her ebt got declined at 711
terrible art style, but it's still a good boss.
ok I get its a bit weird to have zelda fight monsters inc, and the whole shoot the eye was way overdone by that point but its still one of the more memorable boss fights in that game. anything beats the dragon parasite fight, that was utter shite.
Looks like she has moron hair and crawlled out from some Pixar movie
This whole dungeon was peak kino
I fucking spent hours fucking around the desert due to the locational time rewinding mechanic, and the boat turning sand into water blew the fuck out of my mind back in that year
Shame that the boss SUCKS and doesn't have anything to do with the dungeon, the mid boss was cool though
zelda enemies always had shitty design, boring
It's not a hard boss, but it's definitely my favorite boss in the entire Zelda franchise.
Honestly, Skyward Sword gets (rightfully) shit on a lot for its empty sky world and in general bad world, but it has some of the better boss designs in the entire franchise. I think it gets a little bit too much hate when it's not that bad of a game. If you fix the sky area, make it a lot larger with far more larger islands to explore the quality would go up immensely.
Honestly, while the dungeon designs too aren't that memorable either, they are still very solid dungeons for the most part.
botw moblins are so ugly
Yeah but I've jerked off to plenty of fanfics of them gang raping Zelda
But the BotW Bokoblin design is the best in the series. Moblins are a tossup between BotW and WW.
For me, it's Stallord from TP
Yeah, pretty fun fight, even if i'm not a fan of its second phase.
To me, its argorok, the dual claw was cool and i loved how it was used in the fight.
I like that the lynels are just as big a threat as they were in the original Legend of Zelda.
Zelda goes and purposely gets captured by them and fucked mercilessly
