It'll probably be pretty fast given BotW 2 is just an asset flip that for some reason is taking five years to finish.

      after?

It's just regular openworld scope bloat. The only reason BotW seemed to be immune is because they heavily compromised and shipped it with very barebones assets and no retooling of its Wii U elements to push it out as a Switch/Wii U multiplat for launch.

Not sure but it better be god damn good, it has a industry mammoth to beat and making us explore caves for another shitty weapon that breaks in two hits isn't going to be it, Nintendo-sensei.

Wow elden ring was relevant for two months before fomo shit like fortnite got rid of it again

Did you just call Fortnite "fomo"

It's been popular for almost a decade now, hasn't it?

It still has fomo login mechanics and gameplay bonuses

I thought fomo meant flavor of the month. I feel old now.

That's fotm elden rings success came from every pvp gay that got fricked in the ass being forced to buy a new game. Other than that it was shilled by the dorito pope himself, Geoff Keighley so of course every normie gay played it but steam statistics prove not many people actually played through it entirely. For all intents and purposes it was fotm

So, what you're saying is that FOMOs beat FOTMs?

Yes FOMO shit has more staying power because it invades your life. I play duel links every fricking day because of login bonuses, I play warframe every day because of login bonuses, elden ring has no reason for me to play it again because I don't care about open world, is a generic shitty muh difficult stamina based combat system that isn't kinetic at all and has awful fricking feedback. Even warframe has better melee and feedback and that game is fricking garbage so yes fomo is infact better than fotm.

                >Not many people played through it entirely
34% of players on Steam defeated Malenia
26% got the Age of Stars ending
                19% the Elden Lord ending
Compared to Witcher 3 which came out 7 years ago and received two big-ass expansions and only has a 25% completion rate, these look like very good numbers.

                >34% of 12 million Is a good number
                >26 and 19% mostly from people that played the game multiple times and streamers
You aren't helping your case. A flat 25% shows more people at least actually completed it and beating Melania means nothing with co op you dumb Black person

What a moronic homosexual, the Age of Stars ending is the hardest one to achieve and Malenia is locked behind an optional area that takes forever to reach in a normal playthrough.

There's two problems with your theory and why the achievement stats now don't match up with other platforms. Cheat engine exist, mods don't disable achievements, and you can unlock all achievements with 2 clicks and steam stoll counts them to global statistics

                >Age of Stars achievement has a 51.58% completion rate on PSN
Just fricking admit you've talked out of your ass for once.

Nah wait I've talked out of my ass, it's 51.58% among PsnProfiles.com users but it's actually 26% on PSN, about the same as on Steam. Still proves that the number is about right, cheats or not.

Except it doesn't due to the nature of PC gaming you stupid frick. Use your brain. On one platform you cant cheat. On the other there's an entire website dedicated to cheating the fricking game. Just because you're too biased and moronic to use deductive reasoning doesn't mean everyone else has to be
