This isn't true at all. Unless you modded the game you can't get ohk headshotted in 4 (or any GTA game from memory) by NPCs. If you're struggling with the gameplay of 4 then you're a moron.
Played it. it was alright but it wasn't anywhere near the icon you desperately want it to be. There's a reason they haven't bothered porting it and LCS.

wienerstar games peaked at gta 4 nuff said its the best the series will ever get, all the OG developers noped the frick out after gta 5 and its only downhill from here on out.

Was this a recent thing? I downloaded the GTA 3 definitive mods off their site back in January when the zoomer ports came to steam

Dull missions, shitty side activities, and a first act that consists mainly of tutorials disguised as missions.
I thought this was supposed to be the best gta
It's not. The only people that put it as their favorite are tards experiencing a story that is "My First Gritty crime Drama" and people that treated it as a physics sandbox (which, admittingly, it was really good at for the time).
The game is pretty long so having some easy tutorial missions isn't a problem unless you're constantly going through the story for whatever reason.

I'm talking about back-to-back playthroughs or degenerate speedrunning, complaining about tutorials in what is easily a 30+ hour game is kinda silly.
GTA 4 is 20 hours at most
How are you getting an extra 10+ hours of gameplay after you 100% the game
I wish Vice City Stories speedrun was as fun and full of cool shit to do as GTA 3, VC or SA. VCS and LCS speedrun are really frickin bogged down, they are almost as bad as GTA4 and V speedruns
