Since ancient times people would grind up plants with medicinal properties and apply them to wounds to aid in the healing process. Plants are typically green.

Venos blood doesn't appear blue due to it not being extracted in an anaerobic environment. Extract it with a closed, oxygen-free environment, and it is blue. Obama and other "blue-blooded" Americans need the blood of children to survive for NADH since they are vampires.

No it won't because venous blood itself is not completely oxygen free. Your circulatory system is not a 100% efficient machine that extracts all oxygen from the blood leaving it completely deoxygenated until it is reoxygenated in the lungs.

First of all, it's made of urobilin, not bilirubin. Second, bilirubin is scientific for "red bile", so it's bile, has nothing to do with blood. Jaundice is caused by your liver producing yellow bile which gets caught up in your blood, and is what makes piss yellow. It's called humoral physiology. You don't want to go down this road.

Why aren't health bars and healing associated with the color blue?

I don't know what games you play but I normally see the health bar change colors and it goes like this:
        >Blue is perfect/near perfect
        >Green is Great/safe
        >Yellow is half/danger zone
        >Red is critical/emergency (and sometimes it starts flashing at this point)
Since it's just information it is not meant to represent anything physical. And in least one game I played the bar will turn bright green to let you know you're poisoned and will just decrease until you cure it.

There is some amount of reasoning for it.

It's a war crime to deliberately attack medics, hospitals, etc. So the Red Cross would like it if the "Red Cross" unambiguously meant "this is an actual hospital" or "this person is a medic" so that their people won't get shot etc. If globos go around putting the Red Cross on t shirts and random pavilion things then it dilutes the meaning of that and combatants might start second guessing the Red Cross is actually denoting something they'd be committing a war crime to destroy.

Like people are saying, it's not copyrighted. However, depiction of the red cross outside of specified areas where the red cross is actually employed is against the Geneva Convention.

Arguably stupid, but the idea is that the depiction of the red cross is universally, regardless of language or culture, synonymous. And the idea is that if you allow it to be depicted in other contexts (such as healing items in video games) will muddy the waters.

But I chose to stop being an organ donor after hearing stories of being in critical conditional at a hospital, if your organs are usable and match certain rare criteria, they will intentionally let you die to make money off your organs than actually treat you.

Local hospitals are better to donate to. College ran one every semester and handed out free movie tickets and food. The nurses they had running it actually had some skill with a needle, so the process was fairly painless.
Both times I donated at the Red Cross had been sheer suffering.
