Chad Crimson:
>organised chasms entrances and open arena area.
>fun boss fight that a experienced player could beat easily if he plays his cards right, while a new player would have a challenging but fun fight.
>lets you have vampire knives
>crimson armor health regen go breeder
>ichor go brrrrrrrrrrrr
>brain of confusion too good to pass up
Virgin Corruption:
>very clumped up entrances that come in the form of pits that you will 100% die to when falling at least once in your run.
>arena is very slim and movement restricting.
>corruptor staff? the heck is that? wait that's an item?
>boring boss fight, only extra moves added to expert/matter mode is just a new shot, no actual new mechanics.
>worm scarf? replace that shit instantly. rather not get hit.
>cursed flames? are they even worth keeping? i trash them every time.
>what does corruption armor even do? i honestly don't know cause i always skip it.
corruption gets better music
the crimson sucks I have no idea why they added it afterwards
>nostalgiagay
meds
Corruption:
>Nostalgia CHAD
Crimson:
>Nuarea added for no reason instead of adding more lategame content
Worm Scarf is better
Corrupt staff is kino, Vampire Knives are OP only for shitters who suck at the game
Worm boss is better then shitty brain.
Shadow Armor is cooler then crimson armor.
Cope Crimtard
brain is a cool super metroid throwback
>>very clumped up entrances that come in the form of pits that you will 100% die to when falling at least once in your run.
is very slim and movement restricting.
>zoomers refuse to alter the terrain to their advantage in a building and mining game
go back to your calameme
I get the point you're trying to make, but the Corruption is pretty objectively awful to try and make navigable, even if you've got like, end game DCU and Celebration Mark II to clear the area
paving over corruption pits with ugly dirt is boring and soulless
making an emergency house in the corruption caves is kino
green torches look better
don't forget ground enemies vs fliers and worms
corruption will always be my pick. it's just too classic and nostalgic. getting down the put alive is half the fun. fighting the boss in that cramped tunnel is the other half.
drunk world all day
Crimson has better aesthetics, more enemy variety, better drops, and an actually unique boss
Cope
>>worm scarf? replace that shit instantly. rather not get hit.
you will get hit and you will want that damage mitigation.
I always go corruption and get red solution from the steampunk girl and use the Clentaminator so i get the best of both worlds.
You can't get the other evil's solution though.
https://terraria.fandom.com/wiki/The_Corruption#Spread
Okay, that has nothing to do with being able to get red solution on a corruption world.
That's not a thing.
You can get crimson grass seeds if you put her in a cemetery.
Crimson for piss beam to piss on and get pissed on by my buddys
>mfw at the time I thought this meant terraria had a next level scripting system mod where you could assign npcs tasks that they would perform on their own adding to the world you make
>mfw it was just a mentally challenged autists head cannon
I like both of them the same amount.
>candy biome scrapped
just make one anyway
im going to build a castle out of slime, because why build anything.
Corruption actually feels somewhat comfortable to traverse in, Crimson actually feels like a hostile place that just fricking want you dead.
crimson is easier.
Vampire knives suck ass and worm scarf shits all over brain of confusion. Sorry troony.
the only thing crimson has over corruption is the music
Corruption is better because all the lore for Hard mode is designed around it instead of Crimson.
Crimson lacks a hallow counterpart, there's no mechanical brain boss, dryad's backstory revolves around corruption, etc.
I usually choose a random one, play the game until I came mine evil blocks, then import the other evil from a second world.
