I bought Control just to play it on the Deck. It's alright.
Can't play Halo MCC multiplayer on it still. Bungie has to fix that shit.
I'm looking at playing on my Morrowind server with friends on my deck. Currently getting TR working. Also installed Anno 1800 on it, but it seems that the recent SteamOS update broke that in game mode

It plays Switch games better than most PCs since it gives you quick access to down-clock the GPU to 1000mhz.

ive been playing more games since i got the deck then i played for the past 5 years
Nearly finished with my borderlands 1 Brick run, just having some trouble with clawmerax the invincible. Probably will start up darkest dungeon with different character mods next. Here's hoping darkest dungeon 2 has steam workshop as well if it ever releases

I've been scared to get a skin for my deck because I read that it harms the plastic if you ever decide to take them off.
Depends on the quality of the skin. I've heard that dbrand skins don't have issues while the cheaper available options off of amazon or etsy do. I just liked the look and don't plan on ever taking it off or selling, so it's not an issue for me going for a $10 skin. Just make sure that you use a hairdryer or other heat source when applying the skin so that it tightens the wrap and stays to avoid having to unpeel and readjusting.

Can't speak for xenia, but ps2 emulation has worked great for the ace combat and armor core games on it.

PS2 and GCN yes. Xbox definitely not
