Yeah. Regular Doom is not worth playing anymore than something like the 1978 atari football game. It’s just completely, objectively outmoded to the point of providing nothing. Brutal Doom is not amazing but it does salvage it by adding no brainer features the original devs couldn’t because of the year they were stuck in, like aiming with mouse and reloading your gun.

Considering that a few months ago the dev posted a trailer for the sequel (Grezzo due 2), I’d say there’s probably gonna be a finished version somewhere. It’s been like 6 years or more since I first heard of it so I’m pretty sure it’s done by this point.
I sometimes wish I wasn’t italian so I could experience what foreigners experience when they boot up that game and are showered with obscure memes and loud yelling in a language they don’t know.
