Kind of weird to go vegan but then overeat so many fried vegetables that you’re basically just doing the same damage. I guess if you really care about animals, but I just feel like you’re not making much of a lifestyle change.

Everyone I know who is vegan touts it as being far healthier than eating meat, in addition to being less cruel. I would say that more of them talk about the health benefits more than they do the animals.

my fiancee’s does vegan most of the time for health reasons. he thought it would help his health and it seems like it did for the most part. he still has meat once in a while though.
