both games have basically identical gameplay, so it really comes down to which aesthetic you like more.
imo, what the wii version gains in graphical and audio fidelity, it loses in art style and general atmosphere. to me the ps1 version wins out by a lot with its superior presentation. ghadius for example doesn’t feel right without his voice constantly peaking.
take a quick look at both games first stages and decide which version appeals to you the most. -

Both. Play the PS1 version first then play the Japanese Wii version because only that one has JP voices.
If you only want to play 1 then PS1 unless you’re a zoomer who’s obsessed with bretty graphics then Wii. The Wii version IS very pretty and I like the JP voices, but PS1 version with phantomile voices is still better. Oh and IIRC the Wii version has a boss rush mode that’s I think the only difference. -

Quite the fair amount of things.
In this place, it’s obvious that threads are almost always derailed by coomers and miscellaneous furry shitposting, but the other Klonoa communities (or the western ones, at least) on the internet are autistic circlejerks that will witchhunt you over disagreeing with the smallest thing. They also, logically hate the threads about it on this site, while simultaneously sperging out at the slightest mention of Sonic. I hate Sonic as much as the next guy, but many Klonoa fans are actually ex-Sonic fans.-
