Dracula is only empowered by a being that is made from mankind’s follies and shortcomings, and its power ebbs and flows in turn. Said power isn’t even loyal to Dracula, as Dominus destroys him in Order of Ecclesia. Furthermore, Dracula needs no special gear to defeat, he can be beaten by Grant DaNasty’s normal dagger, Johnathan stomping on his head, etc. Dracula is strong, but he isn’t an antithesis to God, he only threw a tantrum claiming he wants to be opposite of God in Lament of Innocence, and even the cultists in Dawn of Sorrow want Dracula back because they think Dracula showing up and getting vanquished is effective in uniting humanity against a non-human foe whenever humanity has interpersonal tensions.

The games don’t really pay much heed to what exactly is needed to put the Count down as he’s been slain by birds, books, wolf heads, swords, spears, whips that aren’t the Vampire Killer, etc.

Alucard could do it because his dad didn’t have enough time to really pick up steam (same reason other non-Belmonts can hold their own against him sometimes). And magical abilities can generally HURT him, but are never enough to put him down. The Vampire Killer is pretty consistently the universal monster slayer.

Dracula is canonically weaker whenever he gets revived before the 100 year timer ends like in SoTN or Harmony of Dissonance.I think Dracula was at full power during CV3, the first GB game with Christopher, RoB, Bloodlines, and The Demon Castle War of 1999 (which sadly hasn’t gotten a game yet and likely won’t but it is when Dracula was at his most powerful).

Samus (and Metroid as a whole) has ton of exposure to magic. The Chozo were masters of both magic and technology, the Luminoth are a whole race of moth mystics, several potent psioninc/magical items exist in the setting, Metroids literally drink life energy/souls, etc.
The Ing, an entire race of demonic soul-stealing and bodysnatching abominations, can literally hijack people and machines and animals they come into contact with but were repulsed by the Light of Aether bestowed upon Samus. Gorea could also steal the life force of things that came close to it, but Samus could ignore its effects.

Assuming she gets to keep all the energy and upgrades she has with 100% items…
If she flips out and goes Metroid suit or uses her siphoning power then Dracula is probably toast.
Even without, she is primarily ranged and doesn’t have the typical Belmont handicap of getting into whip range. I’m not sure where Dracula stands vs. non-blessed weaponry, but fully upgraded, Samus’s beam fires barrages of electrified, wall-piercing, armor-melting plasma. The missile upgrades mean she could probably handle any hellfire or mist attacks, screw attack means she’s dangerous in melee, and if all else fails, power bombs can be used to wipe out projectiles and injure Drac.
What it boils down to is how fast and efficient Dracula’s regeneration is against plasma weaponry and cryogenic explosives. Yes, Dracula has strength, speed, teleportation and a slew of magical attacks, but it doesn’t seem to be anything Samus hasn’t handled before.

Dracula generally gets stronger further into the timeline.I just genuinely don’t get how we gotten to the point where Netflix Castlevania is considered good by a lot of people. The pacing is alone makes a complete mess.

I own a gaming LAPTOP and thats it. Lords of shadow was alright. Really good graphics and it ran at a consistent 60fps but the story was dumb.

My generic dark elf sorceress lord from Total Warhammer. I’m gonna assume it’s just her rather than her whole army, but she has a personal dragon to fly on, every available shadow spell unlocked, HP regeneration fluffed as being the result of drinking hydra blood, and the "immortality" perk to come back later even if Dracula gets her down. I think she’d be okay.

Hmmm… my current run Terraria character who just got to hell for the first time. Well, double jump, grapple hook, and rocket boots would make platforming way easier.
The Hellfire sword, Hell Yoyo, and Water Scepter are real good. Power-wise, I don’t know how they compare to other Castlevania weapons, but they all have great range.
The only problem really, is if only Vampire Killer can hurt Drac’. If so, we gotta find it first. And I don’t think Terraria has whips, so I don’t know how that’ll work.-
