Yes obviously. Why else would people buy the Switch for anything other than Nintendie first party games? If you remove the exclusivity then all you have is an underpowered tablet with motion controls.

Yes because Nintendo doesn’t take a loss on hardware unlike Sony and Microsoft. Nintendo makes bank on both consoles and especially peripherals that have ridiculous margins, avoids having to pay the Steam/estore tax by having its own infrastructure and its exclusives are a vehicle for marketing its hardware. Without exclusives I doubt most people would bother with Nintendo hardware.
Console wars are retarded child shit though, a Switch costs maybe one day’s work for an adult with a real job in the first world. A game is like an hour or two of work. Emulation is great but not for the piracy aspect, but for the ability to mod the game or potentially run it better than original hardware in some cases.

Nintendo LITERALLY only stays in business because of their exclusives. Its why they can get away with making significantly weaker consoles than the competition.

Part of why Nintendo is successful is because they go to great lengths to protect their brand. You may hate them for their idiotic copyright takedowns all you want, but Iwata was right when he said that bringing their games into mobile phone platforms would make them lose their identity.

You don’t "port" games, emulators are software that pretend to be a piece of hardware. If all the functionality the game uses is implemented in the emulator then it will work day 1. Hence why everything except cutscenes already worked in Yuzu/Ryujinx when Dread leaked.-
So hopefully it’ll be playable day 1 then? I’ll be sure to seed just to annoy nintendo paypigs who waste money on shitty games.

No, and its not necessary either. Downloading shaders mean (ideally) that your emulator doesn’t need to cache each new shader it comes across, causing a stutter. Its only relatively recently that the caches are transferable and universal (ie not specific to your GPU etc) for some of the Switch emulators. SO basically they save you from having to have that momentary stutter/freeze when there’s a new shader being cached. Its important to note that this is a one time deal so lots of emus have it so that players play through an area the first time and are aware of the stutter with all the new shaders to be cached but the next time they go through it will be smooth. These days Yuzu and Cemu (maybe Ryujinx, not sure on the particulars over ther ) have async shader compilation which fixes the issue to begin with, and if you set it to use Vulkan shaders cache MUCH more quickly and with less stutter than even the best OpenGL settings. But yeah, its still a nice option to import a pre-compiled shader cache though, if its available

Just of note if you’re new to pirating/emulating just install qBitorrent and use the search feature built in. Search for Sword and Shield and it’ll come with the Yuzu emulator along with the game. It’s the easiest shit to do trust me.

How do I transfer my sae from the original Switch to the emulator?

You need to have CFW on your Switch, but if you do you can use something like Edizon or whatever the fuck its called tht allows you to move saves around and export them etc. There are other utils too (Goldleaf Ithink can do it?) that can move saves around. Once you get it off your Switch its easy, as you can just drop it in the folder for Yuzu/Ryujinx

Yuzu is probably the worst emulator when it comes to playing games other than mario and zelda, they only focus on making shit stable for the fotm, meanwhile older games like rune factory 4 has an overload of graphical bugs and drpg ones like mary skelter 2 can’t even go past the start screen
