Street Kid. I've only done that and Corpo though. Nomads are gay.

      >street kid is gay but makes sense
You lived in Heywood for 20 years and never met Jackie before the intro despite frequenting El Coyote Cojo.
Agreed on the gay part tho, the Streetkid outfit is TRASH

Corpo makes the most sense and would justify hate against Arasaka.

        Hating Arasaka is always justified.

      i agree corpo is anti-corpo

a real corpo v would kickstart his own company from scratch but there is not a single option to do a take over

why corpo v cant take the delamain corpo for himself ? that's the anti-corpo im talking about

That sounds like an easy way to assassinated

    >Corpo
    >Panam romance
    >raid arasaka with nomad family
    >leave Night city
A tier story. Would watch movie.

nomad is the canon V path. street kid and corpo are not.
canon V came to night city, they didn't grow up there.

I thought we explained this in the game by giving the nomad path a exclusive car

They all work although I think Corpo makes the most sense for the Tower or especially the Devil. Nomad and Street Kid feel more appropriate for Sun or Star although I think Corpo works for those too. Temperance is pretty much neutral.

it makes sense for neither of those options. corpo v should lose all trust in Arasaka after what happened in the intro

        >trust
They never had any trust to begin with except for Jackie, which mind you is the best part of the path as they've known each other for far longer than in Nomad and Street Kid.

then why would you choose an ending that requires you to trust arasaka

its a deal with the devil, you believe there is no other choice.

I disagree "Rat outta the corp..." and all that. Especially if you save Takemura's life and think you might have a "friend" who can serve as your in-between with Hanako. Tower makes since even un-chipped you're still ultimately a counterintel expert. Whereas a Street Kid or Nomad in that position is just a dude with no connections. But all the ending can work for any of the lifepaths.

Corpo V is the one who shouldn't fall for the Devil ending because he knows how Arasaka operates.

I like the Corpo path because I like Jackie knowing you beforehand, and then taking you in and helping you out after you lose everything. Feels nice going from a corpo to a hardened street samurai. Street kid works well too, Nomad is cool but feels kinda weird having V growing up outside Night City.

      >Nomad is cool but feels kinda weird having V growing up outside Night City.
I feel like it and Corpo have one special thing above Streetkid, they make the intro montage make sense
Streetkid V doesn't need Jackie to show him around the city, he's lived there his whole life, Nomad has never been there before and Corpo is canonically from a rich family, he never had a reason to care for the rest of the city, they make the montage work far better.

not to mention Streetkid V personally knows Padre, frequents the Coyote bar, and yet never once met Jackie

whatever speaks to your soul. honest-ish redneck nomads felt closest to my heart, but every starter is good, every starter is also meaningless and serves no reason other than having you get into the story your way

It doesn't matter so just pick Nomad because it's the only one to still have a unique reward(Jackie's upgraded bike). Corpo used to have a unique pistol but any lifepath can get it now and I don't think Street Kid ever got anything unique.

      They get a shitty jacket

Not that it remotely compares to an upgraded version of one of the best bikes in the game if it is, but is this even still exclusive post-Phantom Liberty? I'd never even heard about it until now.

i really liked the corpo options in the dlc, but gameplay wise nomad has the best stuff, you get a car and jackie's tuned arch. street kid probably makes the most sense except the "never met jackie" part

Who cares, it literally doesn’t matter outside of the intro and a few dialogue options that are just “Yes (Lifepath Knowledge)” or “Newspapers? (Lifepath)”

      Roleplay.

Nomad because it's the only one that is an actual outsider, and that matters because V doesn't know what the frick is going on half the time. It doesn't make any sense for Street kid or corpo V to be like "wooooah, a BD? What's this and how does it work?"
