>Do Short 15 minute long expedition
>16 Inventory slots, a third of them already full with your own supplies, bag will easily overflow by the end of it
>Do Long hour long expedition
>Still 16 Inventory slots, 2/3s of them already full with your own supplies, bag will overflow 5 minutes in.
I dont want to be a gay and download a mod that gives it space but couldnt the devs at least give 3-5 more spaces depending on what type of Expedition you did?
>singleplayer game
>devs "balance" it everytime the community finds a killer combo
you will be forced into drudgery and you will like it
having one prominent strategy isn't good for the health of the game.
"Waah I wanna spam breakthrough on my hellion"
"Waaah I wanna just easily one shot things with finale with no risk!"
If you really miss those things you can just find a mod that adds them back.

Inventory management is part of the game. Having to decide what you should take or not is part of the risk/reward system. Do you drop that 1 single bandage so you can take that extra gold or trinket? Or do you play it safe and find yourself using the bandage later saving a party member from bleeding out.
Main problem I have is that I find myself with no space right at the beginning and middle of an expedition and sometimes already I have finished an expedition with empty spaces because right at the end I used all the bandages and antivenoms but there's nothing more to loot.
I'll... think about it, these quests where you are forced to carry 3 picks, bags and other things are sure convincing me to use it.

Use this, makes no sense for quest items and firewood to not be stackable.
Am I the only one who isn't getting a buff from the MAA CC set?
I think the ruletype is busted cause it gives a buff if you change it from "riposte" to "meleeonly"
adjusted the numbers to make it balanced
PSA: If you use a mod to make the game easier or change the mechanics of it, you didn't beat the game
All RNG Progression Games (rougelites/games falsely advertised as roguelikes) require modding to really work as devs typically throw out 'it's a roguelike/roguelite' as a way to get around trying to balance it
Personally I'd just go with a mod and use self control not to go over it

Talking about Darkest Dungeon, pic related was pretty fun and double rows adds alot.Only negative is the lack of an endless mode.
Any other good DDesque games worth playing?

Maybe don't bother bringing so much crap with you.
The point of the inventory is balancing the stuff you need with the loot you find. Long missions require a bigger part of your inventory to be supplies, but you're more likely to find high quality loot. Sure, you'll have to toss half of it, but by the end of the dungeon all your slots will be full of gold and high tier gems, while on short dungeons you might end up with trash like single citrines. The mission reward will also be much better and most fights you run into will be way easier due to camp buffs. Also it's more time efficient, if you're playing on Bloodmoon.
