      What?
For Deus Ex? Yes. (Optional to make sure all types of customisation is feasible)
      For other games? It depends.

Just remake the first one and give me the entire other half of the game where you can ally yourself with UNATCO. And then give me a path where you can ally yourself with UNATCO and change the system from within, earning the trust of both Anna and Gunther to back you up and you work from the inside to purify a poisoned well.

    >after MD
    >Adam kills bitch wife or she dies
    >game is tutorial mode with aug'd adam
    >hinted or shown he saved Paul and JC
    >game is you playing as Paul not JC
    >you're there for the enrollment of Paul into UNATCO and early terrorist activities
    >shows turn around from UNATCO to the resistance/conspiracy side of things
    >game ends where DX starts or shortly after where you are fucking JC's mission for ambrosia

    >The Initiative can't do anything good, so MS hires crystal dynamics to help with Perfect Dark
    Ok...
    >Playground can't do anything good outside of Forza Horizon, so Microsoft hires Eidos to help with FABLE (a kind of game in which Eidos doesn't have the experience)

STOP WITH THE DIVERSITY HIRE BULLSHIT.
For god's sake, nu devs can't do anything good.

Get rid of the EXP system in HR/MD. It encourages one style of play (stealth with lots of takedowns) to the exclusion of all others, since that's by far what gives you the most EXP. It also means you're incentivized to do shit like hack a computer you already have the password for, which in turn means that exploring the environment for passwords and codes is kind of pointless.
    Also, include regular melee weapons.

      THIS.

The original game also gave you exp bonuses for certain tasks (e.g. exploration bonuses).
Also, there is never a reason to not hack a computer in the original either, you literally just press a button and wait.

There's the time limit when hacking in the original. If you have the password you don't need to worry about that.

      Adding to this
      >No cover shooter bullshit, replace it with proper leaning and shooter mechanics
      >Put PROPER melee weapons, even as augs, no takedown bullshit

I'm so tired of the game development scene in Montreal, it's a total joke. The government gives enormous tax breaks for salaries, something like 45%, which are already significantly cheaper than the rest of North America.

Montreal is essentially getting abused as a source of cheap labor, while the taxpayers pay a fortune for the likes of Ubisoft to make money and give almost nothing in return. I wish every year that this policy would be rescinded. You will see all these studios who supposedly "love Montreal" leave like cockroaches when they can't get cheap labor for nothing anymore.

    >Awful gunplay, worse sounds than the Human Revolutions
    >Metal Gear bullshit radar stealth and consolized cover system with health regen
    >Story is basically unfinished, when you actually start upgrading a decent amount of augs the game is already over
    >No melee weapons unlike the original, still those bullshit cinematic takedowns in paused game, which are also limited by energy resource since otherwise would break the game.
    >Potentially really cool combat abilities are actually almost worthless because they don't synergize with the cover shooter nature of the game, like Icarus Dash
    >XP system pushes you to engage with enemy NPCs, something even Ubishit realized to be wrong back in 2012 when Blacklist would fully reward Ghost playthroughs.
    >Awfully cluttered hud for no reason
I doubt nu-Deus Ex will be good, I don't think Eidos is a good developer regardless of SE or not

The 3rd person garbage was annoying.
Keep it first person immersion simulation game.
