I got fitter, but now i got the rona so im chilling for a week. Got to level 58 right now, hopefully i can unlock better arm exercises now, red have terrible AOE
Been playing for a half hour literally every single day since new years eve. Overall, I feel a lot fricking better than I did prior. Arms are significantly bigger as well.
Didn't know Ring Fit came with one of these.
Post crb.
we are vee, not fit. If you want to see six pack abs or biceps from roided oiled men, this aint the place chief
That's what I'm talking about moron. Ganker is able to post some nice bods because they actually exercise.
RFA doesn't do jack shit and so far no one has been able to prove otherwise.
I've been playing ringfit daily for about 200 days straight. I'm close to reaching level 500. I'm definitely more muscular and generally a whole lot fitter than I was before and I have no intention of stopping. I you want visible abs you also need to diet though.
Only downside is that the ringcon really doesn't last very long. after about 150 days it started malfunctioning until it wouldn't recognize squeezing at all, so I had to get a new game for 60 bucks.
>200 days straight
I kneel. Ive been on/off for a few months now, but i really need to get back on it. Sometimes i feel lazy to clear the living room to do exercises, maybe i should just play it on tablet mode in my room or something
I turn down the volume of the game enough to only hear the exercise signals and then watch two or three episodes of some show I like. That always kept me going throughout the months.
Just recently I finished my third playthrough of the story campaign. (There are two rounds of New Game Plus where the enemies have more HP.) And I also upped the difficulty, i.e. number of reps, to the maximum which is level 30.
And now I'm just randomly playing old stages that I pick from the world map.
I wonder how long that can keep my interest. After 200 days the game is running out of steam. I wish there was some story DLC. The rhythm mini games don't do it for me.
You can't get fit squeezing a tiny rubber controller.
Ah yes. A cartoon. How insightful

I see people everywhere shill this shit nonstop but I've yet to see anyone actually post some meaningful improvement made thanks to it.
i got nicely tanned and go hiking with no problems

this game doesn't make you get swole, it just helps you be healthy. It's mostly cardio.

Yes, but that is just for warming, you still need to exercise normally.
