When I first heard about this game I thought it was going to be cyberpunk. Turns out it's a variant of an older roguelike called Hack. Don't know where the 'Net' came from.

Does that "convert roguelikes to 3D" thing work for NetHack yet?
There's Falcons Eye to convert it to isometric. Playing Nethack in first person would be awkward. They released an experimental first person mode for the Steam version of ADOM and while it's kind of interesting for a while, it's not really suitable for roguelikes imo.
