It’s meh to whales purely. Anyone with a functional brain has noticed how damn free everything is and unless you’re absolutely cursed with the gacha you’ll have a good roster in under a hour. I don’t know what the whale to freebie player ratio is but going free in this game is honestly more fair than 90% of other gachas
For one, subtitles for barks during battle would be nice. Hell, their voice lines are already translated in the character viewer/theater, just gotta display them when they actually say them during battle.

I been thinking and down the line they must explain what's the situation with the Distortions: Ruina happen some years ago in the timeline and the City didnt collapse. Everybody knows about Distortions, EGO and Abnos so it makes you wonder how the fuck they deal with the whole problem or at least reduce it to avoid Pianist type events from occurring each day.

Sure it's not a financial success by other gacha's standards, but that doesn't matter much since PM don't have publishers breathing down their necks.
Most people like to claim that it did well. But it is the first month of the game, the reality will set in after the honeymoon is over.
If they want the game to survive, they'll have to create something that the player want to adquire, besides threads, shards and exp tickets. It is not going to be enough in the long run, maybe even in the short run as well.

Also, some gachas have minigames or rooms you an decorate and shit like that as well.
