        Did you?

The problem isn't games making their money back. The problem is investors pouring billions into game development, and forcing games to be made by bloated, overly large teams, and creative decisions being made by a board of directors who want to have an ROI rather than by actual creative people with a vision.

Adding ads to games isn't going to fix jack shit, when the entire problem with AAA is that it's not being made by anyone who remotely cares about videogames and is only looking to make money.

The only way to FIX the industry is by having AAA collapse under its own weight, and investors being told to frick off.

They wanted something like what Youtube is planning where if you pause there's an ad served to you and it would be recent ads unlike in NFS where it's the ads of the time etc.

See: The Boys incident in one of the football games. But that one got so much backlash that even fans of The Boys just went wtf. My bet is it would be long and unskippable like those halftime ads that were like theater performances. Except it's plastered all over your screen, the lobby room etc. and you need a subscription to have those removed for a month or so

    What a cool, engaging thread
    For the unaware:
The ultimate goal of the ever-shadowy "Jew" is to make everyone like them. Through 2 millennia of study into the mind and the mechanics behind it, how it works, how data is processed, how that data can be manipulated and what the effects of said manipulation are. This has been passed down and refined through generations through oral traditions, occult orders, mystery schools, corrupt religions, institutions, fraternal orders, modern governments, MIC, academia... truly the list goes on.

They want to make everyone like them so they can be absolved of their own crimes and corruptions. Now, with God in mind this is a ridiculous conclusion to have been reached and the truth is that they have simply been acting exactly as a corrupting force would, intentions be damned.

All they need to do is repent.
Christianity binds you through idolatry, shame, fear.
Judaism is to religion what chemistry is to alchemy. Lost in the details. Blind.
Islam is ego bound through wrath and ritual.
All of these are meant to bind you to the world, the world created by Satan, that is: the adversary.
Paganism was the most correct, not necessarily because it is real. But because it is the most fun and humanity thrives on fun.

Considering how easy tools are to use compared to decades ago, how much information is at their disposal, how much work is being done for them with shit like licensed engines and how easy games are to distribute, games should be cheaper than ever but they're somehow fricking it up.

"Astroturfing is the practice of hiding the sponsors of a message or organization (e.g., political, advertising, religious, or public relations) to make it appear as though it originates from, and is supported by, grassroots participants. It is a practice intended to give the statements or organizations credibility by withholding information about the source's financial backers.

The implication behind the use of the term is that instead of a "true" or "natural" grassroots effort behind the activity in question, there is a "fake" or "artificial" appearance of support."
