It works the same way STR Janemba and TEQ Caulifla work, which is additive to both the passive and the HiPo dodge chances. This isn't some matter of personal opinion. It's a hard fact about how the game works and is designed. And it's why there's hardly any units in the game with additive dodge.
Otherwise they would just make the passive medium chance to dodge, great/high chance to dodge against 1 enemy, like they do with the vast majority of dodge units in the game.

So lets say you went 25 crit (50%) on a unit that already has a high chance to crit ( also 50%) doesn't equate to 100% crit chances, just 2 different chances that have 50% each to crit, if the first one doesn't happen the second one is taken into consideration. Dodge and AA however AA is also considered a complete different attack so if a unit has aa in the passive you can get an additional attack with hidden potential.
except in a case like INT Pan where she literally has additive dodge on her passive, or someone like lr ss4 gogeta that has additive crit for every rainbow orb.

The units the last 2 years have had a ton of staying power though.
Broly was a monster that carried a ton of teams he was on through content, and MV was an incredible tank that saw a great resurgence through V/T.

This gohan is in desparate need of a link partner. Right now the best you can out up is the new Goten + Trunks but they do literally nothing besides share 4 links and make spheres. Said spheres could be worthless or even worse than what you started with.
This unit seems entirely designed around a slot 1 Beast Gohan which can actually set him up.
He's such garbage. Gamma 2 is fricking better than him. He gets to 500k defense guaranteed turn 1, and is always shitting out at least two 7 million super attacks on average that have a 50% chance to crit. I have him at 55% and he double supers all the time. At rainbow he's easily getting to 800k-1 million defense when linked up to Gamma 1 after he supers once or twice by his second appearance until the end of the fight. SHIThan can't compete even fully built up, which takes him like 6-8 turns, because he has shit ki so he never double supers and is never super effective, not to mention his defense pales in comparison.
Gammas are the same as Ginyu. They're overtuned because they're limited to being played a certain way. Gohan has potential to shit out a lot of damage but his issue is his link set limits his partners, meaning the only options right now are either outdated units or TEQ Gohan where you don't want to transform. Being a saiyan unit they can easily fix his weaknesses, it's not like he's a Buu unit or Shadow Dragon being sent out to die.

The idea is that you are making Gohan an absolute menace of an offensive monster while Piccolo gets to be a defense king. You'll also look for other units in general to throw in front, but he is going to forsake being a "safe" unit to start approaching some mythical number like 30 million in long content.
Assuming the same ki, Piccolo only compares on turn 3 when he has stacks and entrance buff. Then he tapers off. If Gohan could consistently get ki when he's fully built, and get a good active turn, he could do his job.
Piccolo at 24 ki on 55% is still hitting ~12 million for me at very low link levels, though this is a rotation with STR Piccolo who hits 4 of his links.
Gohan, in turn, is doing ~ 15 million at 55%. This is after both of them have lost their entrance buff.
Gohan is still doing more damage and has the potential to high roll it, but it's nowhere near enough given all the crippling downsides and attention he needs.

They definitely held back on Gohan way too much and made him annoying to use between the ki issues and chance additional, but he's still consistently pretty good.
It was so bad that even the Japanese playerbase complained, on an STR Vegito EZA level of anger. Akatsuki was caught fricking up too close to the deadline to actually change Gohan, but they 100% noticed they completely lost the playerbase for this celebration. They didn't even hit Top Grossing on Android, which is normally an easy guarantee for New Years stuff - they straight up lost a significant amount of money over this failure, and that's something they notice.
I just wonder how they'll address it moving forward, and what they may be shuffling around behind the scenes.

I think I can understand the concern of burning though characters too fast and their fear of releasing a Beast Gohan too soon since the anime isn't back and who knows when a new movie is coming, but they've done it before.
When they first released UI Goku, it was a transforming one (UI sign to MUI). Then later they released the LR standalone UI sign Goku. And then after that a LR MUI one for the 6th anni. They easily could have done the same with the Beast and Orange units instead of wasting Beast's attack for an shitty active skill. Also doesn't help that the Ultimate Gohan is just designed so poorly.
It was 13 months between AGL Gogeta and STR Gogeta releasing. Beast has literally 0 source material to work with, and I'm sure Toei has strict guidelines for movie collabs. They could get away with some things for Gohan/Piccolo as it stayed faithful with the representation both had in the movies, but adding "too much" with Beast Gohan would be false advertisement as he quite literally did one thing and a knee. If we get a standalone Beast Gohan later it would be have to be a standalone OC thing. People should be more upset with Toriyama for not putting more emphasis on choreography for the form in this movie. He has complete creative control over his IP and he's more concerned with getting his shitty jokes and references in. I'm glad we got Bulma wishing for a bigger ass instead of Gohan throwing some kicks and punches.

There was enough to have him be playable. Sparse or not, you can't pretend this wasn't a total misplay to have him as an active skill, not even just as a rage mode. All that on top of Ultimate Gohan's completely unusable kit being so bad, it strongly looks like what a character would look like BEFORE THEY TRANSFORM and get a more complete passive.

Yeah I think a rage mode probably would've been better than an active skill, but there's a lot of cards I can say the same about. Gohan is a flawed unit but I think they're going to solve that problem later. It's not going to be a Kid Buu situation.

I honestly don't think you would find too many people who would genuinely complain about this. They have 4 Super Gogeta's that do the same Soul Punisher move (the str, int, LR phy, and LR teq) and no one really complains about it because it's a cool move.
If this Gohan transformed into Beast and did the Special Beam Cannon for his 18 ki and then later they released a standalone Beast who's 18 ki was also the same Special Beam Cannon, no one would care since the unit and attack are hype.

Dokkan doesn't have lots of unique and hype shit to pull from since it's been ~5 years since super ended and they're not allowed to adapt shit in the manga. We still don't have a standalone dbs broly or even an lr kefla. 2022 dokkanfests had niche shit like yamcha and raditz, while the only "hype" releases were cooler, orange piccolo, and least gohan. Expect a ton of boring releases this year while the exciting shit is saved for WWC and new years.

pedros ssj vegeta greatly stacks atk and def so he is an alright support with dupes, the ape one requires other pedros / goku units but he is also alright.
str ssj3 vegeta is still to this day the best vegeta unit bar none.

Garbage mode, just use godccolo attacker, whatever connectors the chart says, or whatever sparkles in the character select if you don't have them. Then pick a support team that fills the bar the most. Then pick 3 chars mid battle who match godccolo. Don't expect a good score.
It's a mode that's RNG heavy and relies on having whale friends to get top scores.
You set up 10 Super supports and 10 Extreme supports, those can be used by any of your friends and other randoms.
You then choose an Super linker and an Extreme linker, and pick an attacker, as well as a Super support set and an Extreme support set.
When you start the battle, some attack animations will play out and eventually the game will stop and pop up with 8 random characters out of the 12 supporters you choose. You pick the best 3 linking partners for your attacker and your 2 linkers, and then get points based on how good or bad your setup was.
It's an absolutely awful mode that most players do a couple of times to get the missions done and then leave it at that since it's so stupidly RNG heavy AND generally reliant on having the latest units, rainbowed, and having friends that also have the latest units rainbowed to get in the top 5%.
It's an easy 11 stones, 20 if you have a good setup to break 100mil dmg in a single attack.
Rewards are used for skill orbs but 90% of the time you'll end up with useless level 1 bronze/silver skill orbs out of it anyway.

That doesn't matter, only the 3 units' synergy between themselves. You also only need to reach 10 chain power between them and it doesn't matter after that.

I'd put Cell on par with SHIThan. Both are shit for the majority of the fight, and only have a small chance based on RNG to be dominant. For Cell it's transforming. For SHIThan it's launching 3 super attacks turn 1.

He really needs to stop making videos calling units a "top 3 unit in the game" before the calcs come out and we find out they're just mid. Now he's doubled down and assured everyone that Cell will have a much easier time transforming, when in reality they'll probably do something minor like raise his transformation conditions from 30% to 40% and you'll still be stuck with his shit first form.
I have beaten every single Red Zone no item and all the missions in them. I rarely ever hit below 50% HP on them and live. It's not reliable and you'll rarely see it proc.

Why would I if they're the easiest teams to run? Only red zone that gave me issues to no item was Broly because no dodge, but that was before I had Vegeta and Trunks and Piccolo. Only way Cell is good is if he gets his transformation condition buffed to being less than 60% hp. Otherwise, I would personally never use him because there's countless better options.
To be fair all you homies acting like the game isn't centered around blowing your health to bits and leaving you with like 100k health. With 600k health being the norm now that's made his pre-EZA 30% achievable easily, and now it's almost half your health and you get a FULL heal??? That's insane.

Guard on gohan is pretty amazing, that'll help out with his early defense.

Takes zero account for stacking so numbers are off. It also only has numbers for 7 orbs and doesn't show low or high rolls which you're more likely to get 10 or more orbs on average. I recommend avoiding machines and using barbells, but that's just personal preference and you might be waiting a while if your gym is packed. Point is to start, whatever you choose to do, just start lifting with anything and don't give up.
Rotate your exercises. If you do arms and chest one day, do legs and back the next day and so on. Don't go overboard either, overtraining will lead to less gains. If you can only do 3 or 4 gym sessions per week before you hit your limit, then that's fine, you're not going to become Arnold Schwarzenegger by working out 8 hours a day every single day for a 2 months, at least not without steroids.
Also, don't overdo the reps if you don't know why you're doing it. More reps/less weight is typically to build endurance and cardio and more weight/less reps is to build strength. Just do 5 sets of 5 reps to start I would say, then you can customize your sets and reps according to what you want out of it as you learn more about lifting. If you're fully bulking, eat 150 grams of protein at the very least, more depending on your height and weight. If you're trying to cut fat, try to get to 80-100 grams of protein per day anyways so that you can still build descent muscle and strength while still cutting.
Fix you diet up as well, going to gym won't mean shit if you're eating junk food every other day or overeating. A high protein diet will usually prevent you from overeating, as you feel fuller with more protein, but don't be a sad frick and eat boiled chicken and broccoli every day. Just learn to count calories and still enjoy all types of foods as long as you watch your calories intakes. Meme diets like keto, paleo or all meat are not meant for people just getting into fitness, so ignore them. Cheat days are fine, but limit them to once a week at most and don't completely pig out.

Depends on how many coins you have and how's your box. Vegeta and Trunks is one of the best unit in the game, but if you have LR Piccolo or LR Ultimate Gohan and 800 coins you can also go for both gammas.

Gohan is arguably the best unit in the game, or at least in the top 3. Cell is alright before he transforms, and becomes on par, if not better than Gohan after transforming, but he doesn't have a slot 1 unit to link well with so he's not as good as Gohan right now. They would release a artificial life form unit with BBB tomorrow that is the equivalent of STR Piccolo, Cell would probably be the best extreme class unit.

So, finally decided to start getting this just for the hell of it. Is the base card drop suppose to be astoundingly bad? And is the stage 4 one which also shows the card as a drop wrong?
Stage 4 rate is lower but you run it so you can get the medals and card simultaneously for your second copy.
tl;dr run stage 4 until you hit your 2331 medals, then run stage 1 for the other gokus you need.
I just got mine done at SA20 a while back and I'm still farming medals for the extra SA5 copy after EZA I'm missing like 200 medals
but more importantly I ended up with like 40 or 50 frickin copies of him more than enough for all of my other ssr super saiyan gokus I summoned here and there.
make sure you max out the drop rate with vegeta's family characters and use the drop rate boost memories as often as you can I usually save them for when I do a boost for 2x the stamina

They have shit defense either way. They're the leaderskill and the biggest liability. Everyone else will carry and they'll hopefully only take 1 hit in any run. I've had some runs end with their active skill doing the last little bit of damage needed in but otherwise they aren't helpful

That's great with guard, but he's basically dead in the water if his HP drops below 58%, which happens all the time in Red Zone. You NEED Birdku to cover his flaws. A rotation with both of them is probably the best rotation in the game. And you need the Gamma's if you realistically want to see his active skill transformation ever. Basically, he's God on a single team, which is the LR God's Movie Heroes/Power Beyond SS team, but gets less and less effective on other teams.
well you'd want to run birdku with him regardless since they share 7 links and if you ever get to transform gohan into ssj2, the goku is a ssj goku so he helps him activate the extra 59% atk

Otherwise you could just put a unit with 2x50%+ supports and let them stack insane, and characters like TEQ Ulthan from 4 years ago would be over a million defense 3 turns in.

That post is about cell you dumb frick. If cell is at 340k defense before supering he will get 170k on super from his passive and 102k per 12 ki super. So 510k minimum and 816k with triple 12 ki supers.
And stacking doesn't even work the way you think it does. It isn't "adding defense". Its a multiplier applied to whatever the units start of turn defense is that turn, links and support included. The games taking whatever that units start of turn defense on that turn and multiplies it by however many stacks the unit has done. So a unit with 100k defense at the start of the fight isn't adding 30k defense, the 100k defense is being multiplied by 1.3. Say the 7th anni units stacked 6 times before you transform them. After they transform the game is taking whatever their passive start of turn defense is and multiplying it by 2.8. Then the 18 ki temporarily adds 1 to the multiplier for 3.8 and a further .3 per 12 ki super.

Now on the next turn, said unit is back to having no links active, so will be at 160k defense and when it stacks it will go up to 190k defense. Then on the next turn, if it has BBB active again, it's defense will be 237.5 because the 25% will multiply into it. Do you understand? God, imagine getting filtered by a bubble popping game.

TEQ GODhan is still great. AGL KIDhan is runnable in some red zones, but not ideal. Pikkon is useable due to his ghost usher and dodge, but gimicky because he can easily get you killed. Everyone else is dogshit, especially STR FP Frieza who has no chance of ever getting better because he already EZA'd.

Guys. I think I figured out why LR Int Cell and AGL Gohan's EZA's are so fricking cracked out.
They know they fricked up with Beast Gohan and this is their way of trying to compensate that. These units weren't originally gonna get much from their EZA, but there's no fricking way they wanted to further piss off the community by sending out dogshit EZAs of the two units that alot of people have been waiting to get.

After 8th Anni, there will be 5 Carnival LRs, and 3 of them will be Goku. Depending on how they name the units/arrange the LR distribution, it's also possible that all three will be Super Saiyan Goku.
Managed to beat every mission from all redzone/cell max, unless the last few stages of this RR red zone are some ungodly difficulty, there's absolutely no reason to summon on global until the anniversary. Unless a new U6 girl drops
Kid Goku is one of the best units in the game and has a great accompanying unit that's worth summoning for, but his banner is shit.
Bardock is good with a decent banner, a very inclusive leader, and high utility with his super detection, but it's best to wait for 8th anni powercreep to see if he'll last.
Yamcha is probably a meme unit since he's very reliant on his 50% evasion, but his lead is also very inclusive, so I'd put him at Bardock's level.
Carnival Goku is a kind of good semi-tank, but is reliant on high ki to do damage, although it isn't nearly as crippling as with Ultimate Gohan. Despite that, his banner is shit, his teams are all already extremely loaded, and Piccolo invalidates his leader, so he has little value if any.
All that said, all 3 DFEs have a frickton of soul, so you may want to do at least a multi or 2 for each regardless.

imo step ups are only worth it if you're 1-2 characters short of a team. if you haven't pulled much, the step up alone won't do you any good. like you're not gonna beat giant ape power sbr with only int gogeta. only a few units are good in red zone, but there's no point to str cooler without lr cooler, majin vegeta without vt, ginyu without the dfe ginyu pairs, etc. you'll probably have a better endgame team by the time you finish theirs, so only do it if you want to start building towards category missions now.
i really dont want to wait for anni on global but i do not want to grind up another jp account right after finally getting a good global account. not to mention the fact no being to read anything is not cool

In total I spent around $1100 on summoning for Pan across both versions. I got 3 dupes on JP but only 1 copy on global so I'm never spending money on Global again. I'm actually still considering trying to refund the stones I bought for that version. I feel like I did legitimately get scammed and that the rates of Global are actually rigged.
I got her on second multi as well then never got a single other copy. The only copy that I got was summoned with the hundred free stones I already had saved up. It's like the game detected that I spent money then shafted me to try and milk some more out of me. Unfortunately for them, I ran out of money to spend on the game and the banner expired before my next paycheck.

What happened was the WWC had both hype and good units dropping simultaneously on both versions and brand new hard content. Then the wwc ended and everything went back to normal.
New years was supposed to be another hype event but dokkan dropped the ball with "beast" gohan by restricting beast gohan to a weak active skill, making gohan bad in general, and by having shitty banners for both piccolo and gohan. The new redzone they released has been very easy so far, and agl gohan and cell are delayed on Global for some reason. Global's next truly hype period will be it's anniversary
I know they say gacha games are bad for kids but I'm going to let my kids play them and spend their allowance on it. When they get shafted by the cartoon women, they will be prepared for real women.

Dafatty just views the game from a different perspective (a moronic one). He has every single unit rainbowed, with max equips and their best leaders and linking partners, so he's barely taking any damage. Most people have units at 55%, and take a lot of damage from normals from RZ fights, leading to getting below 40% without getting one shotted a pretty common occurrence. It rarely happens to him because all his units take double digits, so he assumes it's that way for everyone. On top of that, he doesn't like using items, then complains when his units get one shot. It's pretty easy to get less than 40% HP with items, since you can calculate how much an unit will take with a Whis to fall to low HP but still survive, or just ghost usher. His reasoning is that some RZs have a no item mission, but you can bring any team for those, like an invincible movie heroes team that literally can't die. Cell is there for category missions that require one of his teams or an extreme unit. In short, just do the opposite of what he says most of the time.
Eventually. No teal coin unit has returned yet, so we don't know about the timeframe of his return. Having said that, don't be surprised if it's June/July if you're on Global.

Otherwise they would just make the passive medium chance to dodge, great/high chance to dodge against 1 enemy, like they do with the vast majority of dodge units in the game.

So lets say you went 25 crit (50%) on a unit that already has a high chance to crit ( also 50%) doesn't equate to 100% crit chances, just 2 different chances that have 50% each to crit, if the first one doesn't happen the second one is taken into consideration. Dodge and AA however AA is also considered a complete different attack so if a unit has aa in the passive you can get an additional attack with hidden potential.
except in a case like INT Pan where she literally has additive dodge on her passive, or someone like lr ss4 gogeta that has additive crit for every rainbow orb.
on top of being a separate roll rather than stacking, dodge is only 1% per point unlike crit and aa which are 2%

This gohan is in desparate need of a link partner. Right now the best you can out up is the new Goten + Trunks but they do literally nothing besides share 4 links and make spheres. Said spheres could be worthless or even worse than what you started with.

Every time I think about this unit, I get pissed off.
His banner is and side unit are complete ass too. It's like they told you, do not pull for this guy, he sucks.
He's such garbage. Gamma 2 is fricking better than him. He gets to 500k defense guaranteed turn 1, and is always shitting out at least two 7 million super attacks on average that have a 50% chance to crit. I have him at 55% and he double supers all the time. At rainbow he's easily getting to 800k-1 million defense when linked up to Gamma 1 after he supers once or twice by his second appearance until the end of the fight. SHIThan can't compete even fully built up, which takes him like 6-8 turns, because he has shit ki so he never double supers and is never super effective, not to mention his defense pales in comparison.
Gammas are the same as Ginyu. They're overtuned because they're limited to being played a certain way. Gohan has potential to shit out a lot of damage but his issue is his link set limits his partners, meaning the only options right now are either outdated units or TEQ Gohan where you don't want to transform. Being a saiyan unit they can easily fix his weaknesses, it's not like he's a Buu unit or Shadow Dragon being sent out to die.
and to add the gammas are supports too
Gamma 1 all allies Ki +1 and DEF +30% and Gamma 2 gives all allies Ki +2 and ATK +30%
The active skill being a wet fart is just the cherry on top. I'm trying to think of a way to sort of fix him, but he needs a complete overhaul.

The idea is that you are making Gohan an absolute menace of an offensive monster while Piccolo gets to be a defense king. You'll also look for other units in general to throw in front, but he is going to forsake being a "safe" unit to start approaching some mythical number like 30 million in long content.
Piccolo at 24 ki on 55% is still hitting ~12 million for me at very low link levels, though this is a rotation with STR Piccolo who hits 4 of his links.
Gohan, in turn, is doing ~ 15 million at 55%. This is after both of them have lost their entrance buff.
Gohan is still doing more damage and has the potential to high roll it, but it's nowhere near enough given all the crippling downsides and attention he needs.
His attack does become pretty obscene and he starts critting for 5 mil with normals. Seems they were trying to hold him back once fully stacked. So

The issue is Piccolo also does this, while being far easier to to get going and supporting the entire team.

Assuming the same ki, Piccolo only compares on turn 3 when he has stacks and entrance buff. Then he tapers off. If Gohan could consistently get ki when he's fully built, and get a good active turn, he could do his job.

They definitely held back on Gohan way too much and made him annoying to use between the ki issues and chance additional, but he's still consistently pretty good.
It was so bad that even the Japanese playerbase complained, on an STR Vegito EZA level of anger. Akatsuki was caught fricking up too close to the deadline to actually change Gohan, but they 100% noticed they completely lost the playerbase for this celebration. They didn't even hit Top Grossing on Android, which is normally an easy guarantee for New Years stuff - they straight up lost a significant amount of money over this failure, and that's something they notice.
I just wonder how they'll address it moving forward, and what they may be shuffling around behind the scenes.

I think I can understand the concern of burning though characters too fast and their fear of releasing a Beast Gohan too soon since the anime isn't back and who knows when a new movie is coming, but they've done it before.
When they first released UI Goku, it was a transforming one (UI sign to MUI). Then later they released the LR standalone UI sign Goku. And then after that a LR MUI one for the 6th anni. They easily could have done the same with the Beast and Orange units instead of wasting Beast's attack for an shitty active skill. Also doesn't help that the Ultimate Gohan is just designed so poorly.
It was 13 months between AGL Gogeta and STR Gogeta releasing. Beast has literally 0 source material to work with, and I'm sure Toei has strict guidelines for movie collabs. They could get away with some things for Gohan/Piccolo as it stayed faithful with the representation both had in the movies, but adding "too much" with Beast Gohan would be false advertisement as he quite literally did one thing and a knee. If we get a standalone Beast Gohan later it would be have to be a standalone OC thing. People should be more upset with Toriyama for not putting more emphasis on choreography for the form in this movie. He has complete creative control over his IP and he's more concerned with getting his shitty jokes and references in. I'm glad we got Bulma wishing for a bigger ass instead of Gohan throwing some kicks and punches.

There was enough to have him be playable. Sparse or not, you can't pretend this wasn't a total misplay to have him as an active skill, not even just as a rage mode. All that on top of Ultimate Gohan's completely unusable kit being so bad, it strongly looks like what a character would look like BEFORE THEY TRANSFORM and get a more complete passive.
Yeah I think a rage mode probably would've been better than an active skill, but there's a lot of cards I can say the same about. Gohan is a flawed unit but I think they're going to solve that problem later. It's not going to be a Kid Buu situation.

I honestly don't think you would find too many people who would genuinely complain about this. They have 4 Super Gogeta's that do the same Soul Punisher move (the str, int, LR phy, and LR teq) and no one really complains about it because it's a cool move.

It's a mode that's RNG heavy and relies on having whale friends to get top scores.
You set up 10 Super supports and 10 Extreme supports, those can be used by any of your friends and other randoms.
You then choose an Super linker and an Extreme linker, and pick an attacker, as well as a Super support set and an Extreme support set.
When you start the battle, some attack animations will play out and eventually the game will stop and pop up with 8 random characters out of the 12 supporters you choose. You pick the best 3 linking partners for your attacker and your 2 linkers, and then get points based on how good or bad your setup was.
It's an absolutely awful mode that most players do a couple of times to get the missions done and then leave it at that since it's so stupidly RNG heavy AND generally reliant on having the latest units, rainbowed, and having friends that also have the latest units rainbowed to get in the top 5%.
It's an easy 11 stones, 20 if you have a good setup to break 100mil dmg in a single attack.
Rewards are used for skill orbs but 90% of the time you'll end up with useless level 1 bronze/silver skill orbs out of it anyway.

That doesn't matter, only the 3 units' synergy between themselves. You also only need to reach 10 chain power between them and it doesn't matter after that.

I'd put Cell on par with SHIThan. Both are shit for the majority of the fight, and only have a small chance based on RNG to be dominant. For Cell it's transforming. For SHIThan it's launching 3 super attacks turn 1.

I have beaten every single Red Zone no item and all the missions in them. I rarely ever hit below 50% HP on them and live. It's not reliable and you'll rarely see it proc.

Takes zero account for stacking so numbers are off. It also only has numbers for 7 orbs and doesn't show low or high rolls which you're more likely to get 10 or more orbs on average. The circlejerk that puts these out are awful because they're never consistent and add or subtract whatever info they feel like.

If you've never been to the gym before, start with core exercises to build your body up. I recommend avoiding machines and using barbells, but that's just personal preference and you might be waiting a while if your gym is packed. Point is to start, whatever you choose to do, just start lifting with anything and don't give up.
Rotate your exercises. If you do arms and chest one day, do legs and back the next day and so on. Don't go overboard either, overtraining will lead to less gains. If you can only do 3 or 4 gym sessions per week before you hit your limit, then that's fine, you're not going to become Arnold Schwarzenegger by working out 8 hours a day every single day for a 2 months, at least not without steroids.
Also, don't overdo the reps if you don't know why you're doing it. More reps/less weight is typically to build endurance and cardio and more weight/less reps is to build strength. Just do 5 sets of 5 reps to start I would say, then you can customize your sets and reps according to what you want out of it as you learn more about lifting. If you're fully bulking, eat 150 grams of protein at the very least, more depending on your height and weight. If you're trying to cut fat, try to get to 80-100 grams of protein per day anyways so that you can still build descent muscle and strength while still cutting.
Fix you diet up as well, going to gym won't mean shit if you're eating junk food every other day or overeating. A high protein diet will usually prevent you from overeating, as you feel fuller with more protein, but don't be a sad frick and eat boiled chicken and broccoli every day. Just learn to count calories and still enjoy all types of foods as long as you watch your calories intakes. Meme diets like keto, paleo or all meat are not meant for people just getting into fitness, so ignore them. Cheat days are fine, but limit them to once a week at most and don't completely pig out.

Depends on how many coins you have and how's your box. Vegeta and Trunks is one of the best unit in the game, but if you have LR Piccolo or LR Ultimate Gohan and 800 coins you can also go for both gammas.

Gohan is arguably the best unit in the game, or at least in the top 3. Cell is alright before he transforms, and becomes on par, if not better than Gohan after transforming, but he doesn't have a slot 1 unit to link well with so he's not as good as Gohan right now. They would release a artificial life form unit with BBB tomorrow that is the equivalent of STR Piccolo, Cell would probably be the best extreme class unit.

Stage 4 rate is lower but you run it so you can get the medals and card simultaneously for your second copy.
tl;dr run stage 4 until you hit your 2331 medals, then run stage 1 for the other gokus you need.

I just got mine done at SA20 a while back and I'm still farming medals for the extra SA5 copy after EZA I'm missing like 200 medals

make sure you max out the drop rate with vegeta's family characters and use the drop rate boost memories as often as you can I usually save them for when I do a boost for 2x the stamina

A rotation with both of them is probably the best rotation in the game. And you need the Gamma's if you realistically want to see his active skill transformation ever. Basically, he's God on a single team, which is the LR God's Movie Heroes/Power Beyond SS team, but gets less and less effective on other teams.
Red Zone rarely gets hard before turn 5. By the time he loses his guard, a Whis will cover him and you'll be far enough into the battle to use it.
well you'd want to run birdku with him regardless since they share 7 links and if you ever get to transform gohan into ssj2, the goku is a ssj goku so he helps him activate the extra 59% atk

Otherwise you could just put a unit with 2x50%+ supports and let them stack insane, and characters like TEQ Ulthan from 4 years ago would be over a million defense 3 turns in.

Links and support buffs are multiplied into a character's start of turn defense. Even though defensive stacks raise def according to a character's base defense, before any links or support, said stacks are still multiplied by links and support at the start of a specific turn, so you can calculate how much a character will stack in that particular turn by simple multiplication.

Yes, if you have a 100k starting base defense, then after a super attack, you'll be at 130k defense before any links or support. And stacking doesn't even work the way you think it does. It isn't "adding defense". Its a multiplier applied to whatever the units start of turn defense is that turn, links and support included. The games taking whatever that units start of turn defense on that turn and multiplies it by however many stacks the unit has done. So a unit with 100k defense at the start of the fight isn't adding 30k defense, the 100k defense is being multiplied by 1.3. Say the 7th anni units stacked 6 times before you transform them. After they transform the game is taking whatever their passive start of turn defense is and multiplying it by 2.8. Then the 18 ki temporarily adds 1 to the multiplier for 3.8 and a further .3 per 12 ki super.

Once you get past his personality quirks he's legitimately a good source of information and team building. He gets memes a lot because he's a fat moron that blew like 40 grand on some random b***h that he never even kissed and had a couple twitter meltdowns about it, but that was years ago at this point.
He's right just above half of the time I'd say which is the bare minimum you could expect. Dokkan isn't a complicated game at all and he still gets so much shit wrong. TEQ GODhan is still great. AGL KIDhan is runnable in some red zones, but not ideal. Pikkon is useable due to his ghost usher and dodge, but gimicky because he can easily get you killed. Everyone else is dogshit, especially STR FP Frieza who has no chance of ever getting better because he already EZA'd.
FP Freeza is a decent option and better than agl in a lot of cases since he doesn't need to stack and doesn't have such awful ki issues.

Kid Goku is one of the best units in the game and has a great accompanying unit that's worth summoning for, but his banner is shit.
Bardock is good with a decent banner, a very inclusive leader, and high utility with his super detection, but it's best to wait for 8th anni powercreep to see if he'll last.
Yamcha is probably a meme unit since he's very reliant on his 50% evasion, but his lead is also very inclusive, so I'd put him at Bardock's level.
Carnival Goku is a kind of good semi-tank, but is reliant on high ki to do damage, although it isn't nearly as crippling as with Ultimate Gohan. Despite that, his banner is shit, his teams are all already extremely loaded, and Piccolo invalidates his leader, so he has little value if any.
All that said, all 3 DFEs have a frickton of soul, so you may want to do at least a multi or 2 for each regardless.

For auto the best two levels are 7-10 and 28-2 on their hardest difficulty.
There's better levels for manually doing it, but who the frick manually levels links.

i have piccolo at 69%, pan at 79%, teq godku at 90%, and a bunch of other stuff at 55% because i dont have dupes of the good stuff, i am also missing a bunch of units featured on both banners
i also feel like i gotta add that i wanna build a super saiyan team on the future just because you know... its cool
might has well do at least one rotation on step up since you probably don't have a lot of the units on it
imo step ups are only worth it if you're 1-2 characters short of a team. if you haven't pulled much, the step up alone won't do you any good. like you're not gonna beat giant ape power sbr with only int gogeta. only a few units are good in red zone, but there's no point to str cooler without lr cooler, majin vegeta without vt, ginyu without the dfe ginyu pairs, etc. you'll probably have a better endgame team by the time you finish theirs, so only do it if you want to start building towards category missions now.

In total I spent around $1100 on summoning for Pan across both versions. I got 3 dupes on JP but only 1 copy on global so I'm never spending money on Global again. I'm actually still considering trying to refund the stones I bought for that version. I feel like I did legitimately get scammed and that the rates of Global are actually rigged.
I'm f2p and got her in 2 multis on global. She was the ace that helped me get my first red zone Broly clear.
I got her on second multi as well then never got a single other copy. The only copy that I got was summoned with the hundred free stones I already had saved up. It's like the game detected that I spent money then shafted me to try and milk some more out of me. Unfortunately for them, I ran out of money to spend on the game and the banner expired before my next paycheck.

What happened was the WWC had both hype and good units dropping simultaneously on both versions and brand new hard content. Then the wwc ended and everything went back to normal.
New years was supposed to be another hype event but dokkan dropped the ball with "beast" gohan by restricting beast gohan to a weak active skill, making gohan bad in general, and by having shitty banners for both piccolo and gohan. The new redzone they released has been very easy so far, and agl gohan and cell are delayed on Global for some reason. Global's next truly hype period will be it's anniversary

SuperMechaFreeza was so bad at the game, she couldn't even summon right or figure out how to play events to get stones. She did single summons on every banner which wasn't uncommon before GSSR but still really stupid. She went through 4 or 5 different pre-farmed accounts that her viewers gifted to her because she couldn't figure out how to play. On top of all that she of course had no idea what characters were good or bad and would sell good ones while keeping shitty SRs.

Pure Saiyans/Goku family/Super saiyans will probably always remain good, they are never gonna stop pumping goku/saiyan units so you just build a team, wait for the next busted goku and replace one of the former units on your team for the new one

Dafatty just views the game from a different perspective (a moronic one). He has every single unit rainbowed, with max equips and their best leaders and linking partners, so he's barely taking any damage. Most people have units at 55%, and take a lot of damage from normals from RZ fights, leading to getting below 40% without getting one shotted a pretty common occurrence. It rarely happens to him because all his units take double digits, so he assumes it's that way for everyone. On top of that, he doesn't like using items, then complains when his units get one shot. It's pretty easy to get less than 40% HP with items, since you can calculate how much an unit will take with a Whis to fall to low HP but still survive, or just ghost usher. His reasoning is that some RZs have a no item mission, but you can bring any team for those, like an invincible movie heroes team that literally can't die. Cell is there for category missions that require one of his teams or an extreme unit. In short, just do the opposite of what he says most of the time.

INT Cell made the Artificial Lifeforms mission a cinch for me, and he never even transformed. He hates Cell way too much to be reasonable.
