Bulma is capable of whipping up a radar for Dragon Balls, a goddamn time machine, able to reverse-engineer those alien battle suits, and a device to emulate moon rays in GT, there's no way she doesn't have some type of anti-ki device lying around to depower anyone.

It was a good reason to make Vegeta an actual good guy even though he did want to go back to being evil.
Bulma being his anchor to humanity kind of needed to happen but also there should've been an episode, at least a filler explaining or showing what exactly happened.

Bulma needs someone who won’t just roll over and do everything she says. She needs someone who won’t always take her shit and keep her grounded (her genius tends to over-inflate her ego, making her think she can do anything until it lands her in trouble after all). And, as out of left field as it initially was, Vegeta tends to fill that role more often than not.
Goku was already taken, Vegeta knows Kakarot is stronger and he could get Bulma if he wanted, that makes his manlet blood boil.

Great moveset she can fire a gun. You know who else used a gun and also knows how to punch and kick? Mr Satan, Launch, general blue, Frieza soldier. All more deserving than Bulma in a fighting game
