Dragon games

What ttrpgs let you play as a dragon? I'm not talking about "dragon at level 16 if you pick a specific bloodline and is only really powerful if you do some potentially rp-breaking dips(btw you only get dragonkind 2, not 3)" but something where you get cool dragon powers from the very get go and don't have to crunch the system in order to create this type of character?

White dragons are the best types of dragons by the way

Try the Council of Wyrms boxed set for AD&D, it was a campaign where everyone played dragons far from human civilization.

Not that anon, but I've played it. It's fun. You're a dragon, you have all kinds of demihuman subjects/worshippers, you go around doing dragon stuff.

Also, I don't remember, but if we're allowed to post PDFs as attachments on threads here, I can just attach a PDF copy I have of it.

It was too big to upload, but I just checked and in turns out it's on Library Genesis.

It's generic but it is universal. There's a book for everything, and you'll want to avoid most of them.

          >you'll want to avoid most of them
Because they are unrelated or because they're that bad?

Mostly the former. If you're going to make a dragon game you really don't need a book on tactical shooting.

It's a wonderful system, if you don't care about three little things.
        >It requires a little more effort than your average system to get it running because rules will probably need to be adapted / ignored as necessary
        >there are a lot of extra books, maybe one will have everything you need, but there is no way of knowing without reading everything because of the third problem
        >the game is kinda dead so only the worst of the community is still there

Fantasy Craft, BECMI with the proper campaign box, Godbound with the glott book. Some others have already been mentioned.

Not completely, but pic related (Anima Beyond Fantasy) has rules for playing as a monster, making it yourself, and due to how character and monster creation works, you can pretty much do anything, including dragons (they are even in the core book so you can take those as an example). So you could do a full dragon party campaign... I reccomend using a custom setting because the default one is VERY anti magic stuff. But not gonna lie, starting as dragon welps and surving that hostile world until you are a party of mountain sized dragons that take down the Inquisiton, the empire and Tol Rauko would be badass.

Someone once mention ACKS but I don't know I read through it might just require some work converting some things.

Also this might just be for some nice things
