Listen, if they're going to use the engine Capcom is using for all their big new games, it will be bad. Their vile gay jelly plastic demon alien models make every single character look disgusting.

Very possible if they bring her back at all. Can't really imagine a game made in 202X having a proud womyn of color character whose arc is her realizing that she's actually shit and powerless.
If they make the gameplay similar to DD, and take a look at what made BBI good and to see how to integrate it into the main game then i think they have a winner on their hands. I keep seeing shit about them using the resident evil engine, and it doesnt sound very good having DD look anything like resident evil, but that still shouldnt affect gameplay.

God mercedes was such a good character at first. Gaslighting this self conscious goat was a lot of fun. My only regret is that you can't mindbreak her in her beloved route.

If we have a true love or whatever it was again then this time don't make it choose one in such a stupid fashion. I was stuck with the merchant girl just because she was the last NPC quest I did. I did her last because I wasn't interested in her.
The whole "every NPC in the game can be romanced" gimmick was extremely stupid to begin with since it led to none of the romances amounting to anything more than like one line of text if that. Far better to have 5-10 predetermined candidates with actual stories.
I'm really hoping they don't implement the beast races but they probably will.
I also don't want the flashy/glowy spin moves from some of the DDO classes, but they'll probably have that too.

Learning Aelinore's story made me sad
