dunsparce didn't needed an evolution just a buff so he got both instead without ruining it's design with anything cringe like a dragon
I'm just happy he got one. Here's hoping other Johtomons like Delibird get an evo.

Hoenn needs evolutions the most now. There's so many mediocre to weak single stage and two stage mons that could really use the boost. It's a crime that Zangoose and Seviper didn't get anything in SV.
Mawhile needs help so badly but I think it’s just been replaced with Tinkaton this Gen. It’ll get something in Gen 10 probably, maybe Gen 10 will be an aniversary game with all gimmicks
I'm burnt up about ORAS not having the battle frontier because I think they would've given Lucy a mega seviper for the battle pike, which would've meant zangoose would get one

what a great form change dunsparce got, hope it gets an evolution some day
I think what I like about it is that it is just more Dunsparce. Dunsparce is meant to be a joke by nature, and Dudunsparce continues that on in a faithful and non-disrespectful way. The chance of having three segments is a nice callback to Dunsparce originally being quite rare.
I’d of liked if it got a secondary typing but it already has tools that set it apart from other mono Normals (Roost, Coil, Serene Grace with STAB Headbutt, Glare). Growing up is realising not every Pokémon needs to be dual type.

it's fine, i don't hate it and i don't love it either
i appreciate that they didn't make it into a majestic dragon because that wouldn't have made any sense considering what dunsparce is based on to begin with, but there also surely could've been a better way to keep the identity of dunsparce than what they ended up doing
