The original isn't much better.
kek i can just imagine people's reactions after seeing the tv feed cut from athletes with greek god tier bodies to a bunch of scrawny nerds in a dimly lit room playing csgo and screaming racial slurs at each other

Hello there Mr. Chopsticks
Is esports even a thing anymore?
Yes, do you enjoy being moronic on the internet?
I just don't see or hear anything about it. I hang around the "gamer" types and lurk Ganker, but nothing.
So you live an echo chamber and are too afraid to leave it for even a second?
Dude are you okay?
Are you? You're too fricking stupid to take the single second to peek out of your bubble to find the simplest fricking information in the world.
He's baiting, a real esports sperg would have posted some inflated viewership numbers made for investors by now

E-sports are too unbalanced to become olympic sports. In an athletic event, everything is the same and the only difference is phsical capability. The only way for e-sport to become an olympic sport is to for a game to stop being re-balanced by devs, or, give everyone the same kits. Imagine if every year 100m sprint had to be patched because it was found that lane 4 has a 10% higher chance of winning for some reason.
Esports players would probably make pretty good coxes for rowing if they're short and skinny enough.
