In CRPG i always look for a companion who's basically like my main man, think Alistair from DAO or Atton from KOTOR2, Morte from PST etc. This lil bro was the only one I felt fit the bill. The other male companions are AWFUL. The females actually aren't such a fucking bargain either with literal retards like Seelah. Companions in BG3 are just as bad really except returning ones like Minsc and Jaheria but at least there's hot women.
