Yes but NEVER read the articles, ONLY check the sources and ignore them if they have anything to do with ESO, CC or Legends. That is the only way to use UESP. The site is horrible and the articles don't filter out garbage like they should.

It's just so convenient having all the in-game lorebooks and NPC dialogue compiled into an easy to navigate website like UESP, nothing really compares to it except Imperial Library

99% of the actual cool, fun and interesting lore in TES has either been retconned, rewritten entirely or just replaced by worse written lore from ESO.
If you want to get into TES lore, start with Redguard, then Morrowind and then Oblivion. Skyrim and almost everything after is literal lore revisionism.

Follow this, but also add Daggerfall to the list. Battlespire is not as important as you would assume, it was very quickly and systematically retconned by the following games. Daggerfall and Redguard are the first true TES games.
Oblivion in itself was mostly disgusting lore rape, but it had a few gems in the rough which shouldn't be understated by any means. Namely it had the Remanada, Commentaries on the Mysterium Xarxes, and books added in the Knights of the Nine expansion.
