Yes you dumb fuck, how do you not know this? The level design is shit and it takes a while to get used to the controls, but everything else about it is a 10/10.

It needs a sequel or remake to fix all it's flaws.
The combo system has a really cool concept. It wasn't for me, but it's the only game that you can experience it in and I doubt it will be refined or experimented with in any games any time soon
All memes aside the game is just bad. It's 2023, we need to move past the brony tier ironic appreciation of bad games that was most prevalent in the early 2010s.
