Every time I see this guy in my suggested feed he is always complaining about something in D&D and how to fix it. In fact most D&D related garbage in my youtube feed is either about how to fix an issue in D&D or horror stories about D&D players. I didn't think this issue was this big.

It's not, it's just autism.
welcome to the internet, bad stuff sells
It's a simple bait and hook for views, anon.
This. Stop consuming this slop.
Agreed, 100%.
You should also stop consuming slop like D&D, because it's a simple bait and hook for giving money to a company that cares neither about its customers nor the quality of its products.
>wizard/elemental werewolf
No. If I want to use werewolves, I'll use werewolves. If I want an electromancer, I'll use an electromancer. I don't see the point in crossing niches.
Here's a fun fact for you: D&D content creators have been recycling and regurgitating the same advice for 20 fucking years.
But surely new editions have fixed the fundamental problems from 20 years ago right? RIGHT? Bueller?
It was called 4e and they all hated it.
That's not really saying much. The last decade was 5e, and the decade before that starts with 3e.
Every edition since WotC took over. Yes.
You can make a problem out of anything because no system Is absolute
I'm actually playing a Werewolf in my current campaign(Lycan Blood Hunter)
oh boy do I have good news for you OP
You're gonna have to walk me through this one.
How does clicking "Don't recommend channel" fix all of the problems with D&D?
It fixes everyone else's problem with OP complaining about this one guy.
Is OP complaining about that one guy?
It seems more like he's commenting on how D&D is bad, and using the fact that most content about it consists of complaining as evidence.
I enjoy seeing how braindead D&D players are. It's even better on YT because I don't have to interact with them.
>sticks videos in an auto-generated mix playlist you can’t ignore/block/filter
YouTube gets shittier by the day. If they want to shill you something, they will.
>he is always complaining about something in D&D and how to fix it
Pity the slave to the algorithm
The vast majority of "D&D youtube" are failed authors turn yourube grifters who construct maladies to chase clicks. They don't care about what they're doing, and most don't even play the game. They just know what gets them past the 10 minute mark and get their monitization turned on.
This so much. I watched a few vids of this guy and just... What? Mechanics aside, which... Most of what he does is just "oh but I want to do lore different, here's monster/NPC stats I made up for my lore". Him, Rhexx, other lore channels. All do the same shit.
I love D&D as a game, and I love D&D lore. Specifically FR, Ravenloft, Eberron lore. FR is incredibly deep the moment you go out of the fucking Sword Coast. And not even SC, but 5e SC. Ravenloft was beautiful, but then the Grand Conjucture and 5e's alphabet soup lore happened. Eberron is incredibly detailed, and better than FR because no metaplot.
But most new D&D players have no idea how they work. FR is a bastardized version of generic fantasy with a Wizard and Cleric in every podunk village and Goblins around every corner. Raveloft is the 25th game of CoH. They're stuck with 5e stuff where a simple Google search would reveal more good lore than they can comprehend. And no need to buy stuff from WotC. Just pirate the old splatbooks. But nope. Let's just complain about imaginary shit to fix when going back to AD&D lore would fix everything lore related. Not mechanic related though. 5e is a mediocre game for dungeon delving and murderhobo adventures, and that's fine. That's what it's supposed to be.
>didn't think this issue was this big
Anyone capable of reading English and able to compare aspects of its "gameplay" to one another can see its numerous flaws.
>3 dots
>Not Interested
>Do Not Recommend Channel
I've now fixed your Youtube recommendations forever.
>how come there is so much content on a system that everyone plays? why isn't there more content about systems no one cares about?
Imagine being a sheep that uses youtube and feeds Daddy Google advertising revnue. God forbid, I bet you cunts have Google accounts and allow cookies and trackers too. Pitiful.
He has to create a problem so he has content for a video. It's how a lot of youtubers make their videos. That's why there are so many videos complaining about this or that, it's 'creating content'
People will click on that shit.
Clicks will give the content creator money.
The cycle goes around and around.
The worst part of this video, the absolute worst...is the fact this gonif doesn't credit a single one of the clips he uses.
So not only was the video bad I'm now also aware there are some cool looking werewolf movies or shows I haven't seen and don't have a source for.
