I used to be a poster in that Lackluster Endwalker story thread on the forums before I got banned. I was openly in agreement with them with everything besides Venat being evil and guilty of genocide. At first, they're were mostly reasonable (this was before they made their own discord) sure they whinged about Venat but they weren't that crazy. However over time, and this correlates with when they created the Discord server, they became increasingly toxic and tribalistic, becoming extremely histile to any and all opposing viewpoints. Somebody would come in, politely disgaree with them, and they would all immediately dogpile the user and make all manner of personal attack against them until they left. But that wasn't what made me turn against them.
No, it was when one of them, I believe his name is Kurz on the forums (some male midlander) made that fricking Zodiark Trance comic and posted it to the ff subreddit. Now these are a group of people who had spent the better half of a year criticizing the poor storytelling in Endwalker, tearing it apart flaw-by-flaw.....and then they go and compltely unironically back the most cringiest, edgy, out-of-character fanfic and unironically say it was better written than the actual Endwalker msq. Why? Because the guy who made the comic was their friend. That's when it finally dawned on me: these guys don't actually care about let alone want a good story, they just want their OWN fanservice, a story that is pure wish fullfillment for THEM. As they whinged about Endwalker being full of fanservice they go and back a fanfic comic that is literal edgy Ascian stan fanservice.
I stopped posting there after that. Made me cringe even more when I saw them seethe because people were making meme edits about the comic and mocking it. Apparently they think it's okay for them to ruthlessly tear apart Ishikawa's writing and make personal attacks against her, but doing the same to their own fanfiction is not okay apparently.
And no I dont know why I got banned. I was sudddenly banned one day for 10 days for no reason given. 10 days go by then suddenly my ban was upgraded to a perma, on the grounds that somehow during my time suspended I managed to incur even more offenses.

They can no longer percieve right or wrong outside of their own tribalistic perspective. I actually don't think this was terrible; I would have preferred the Garlemald expansion however if you read about authoritarian states, it's pretty much 100% of the time (only exception I can think of is 1984) that they collapse on their own - it's meant to show that an unsustainable state governed by those who only care about short-term greed will eat itself alive, no war necessary.

"His" expansion was Stormblood though.

This is specifically referring to the Shadowbringers set up. Where you're engaging in a battle with Zenos in your 1v1, what should've been the end. But the Scions had to start dropping into their soul coma's so you'd wind up b-lining to the First, instead of finishing Zenos there, where he was already getting used too much

Why does the fact that an NPC exists in a trust mean they can't be killed off? It's not like you are ever canonically going back and doing those dungeons again. It's not like doing Alexander after Y'shtola is already killed off in 7.0 as she's a part of that entire story. Why are hammer mentors even a thing.
Hammertards are saplings who think NN is a chatroom for zis buddies and zhe specifically gets mentoship only to stay in there and continue shitting up NN.

The Trade Mentor requirements are comically easy.
You can literally do all of those within a day or 2 kek.
I have seen sprouts get crafting mentor before finishing HW, just for their chatroom
