I'd say it's easier than HoH if you've completed it. Time management is much easier and if you're used to HoH solo pomander usage strats you'll find it easy with the new options, especially since you can multipull mobs in every floor set if you know what you're pulling.
Bosses aren't braindead like in HoH but they're not Bozja-duel tier either so they're not too bad, the harder ones are a little harder than dungeon bosses.

Nearly every NPC quest giver is gay, handicapped, a chud or all three, and they're dying to tell you about it. The zones are some of the most generic, forgettable bullshit that I have ever seen, no character to them whatsoever. The campaign basically runs out before you get to max level, and they send you off to do daily rep grinds to get the last 2-3 levels (unless you did a bunch of side-quests beforehand). On top of everything, the big feature of the expansion is that you are forced to use a handful of "dragonflight mounts", rather than the mounts that you've farmed up for two decades... in this game that is almost entirely based around mount farming. It's one redeeming feature is that they ran out of time and weren't able to implement a bunch of retarded infinite progression systems into the game before launch.
