I really want to like lokix's design but the fact that it's made out of simple shapes ruins it for me. Why is his belt and mask, both critical parts of the kamen rider aesthetic just painted on? Why do his back legs look more like a penknife than legs?
they should've made the fist bug/dark a wasp or a parasite or something, instead of some cheap reference to another piece of media that clearly doesnt stand on its own as a design

2. In lore, Kamen Rider was created to be a weapon for a terrorist organization made of Nazis
It fits the theme really well
Kamen Rider in general has a theme of shared origin for good and evil and the power of personal choice, it's as much of a staple of the franchise as the bug motif, motorcycles and flying kicks, and in fact it's the one thing that hasn't seen an exception to the rule.

I was so hyped when I heard there was a Kamen Rider Pokemon, then I saw this and was pretty disappointed. It doesn't look like a Kamen Rider at all, the only thing remotely related is that it's a grasshopper. I still think it looks cool, just wish it looked more Kamen Rider like. They should have made it green and silver with a red scarf to make it like Ichigo.
