Being fat is from lack of care about yourself, whether this be through depression, laziness, or simply not adjusting to the unique needs of your body. I get hunger pangs every 1-2 hours, so I started settling for low calorie yet filling foods like grapes covered in jelly powder, or <80cal chips, rice dishes, pastas, chicken etc. That Huel meal drink also helped me a lot.

            Tip from a fellow recovering fatty, grapes aren't good for that. Most fruit is great for snacking on but grapes in particular are just little balls of sugar water, for dieting purposes they may as well be sweets. I recommend switching them out for cherry tomatoes which have more fibre and far fewer calories.

          This. It's difficult to try and lose weight unless you have motivation to do so. For me I did it for my boyfriend, but before that I'd eat entire boxes of chocolates as a snack and drink nothing but sugary drinks.     Skipping dinner is far easier for me and makes more sense.

        It's not that hard to lose fat and weight. I used to be a fatty (BMI in Obesity 3) who weighed alot because I was also lifting and I thought it would kill two birds with one stone. This is what finally brought me down to just being overweight in about 1 - 2 months. Even got me abs once it became routine later.
        >Do 16 - 8 Intermittent Fasting (Start eating at 1 PM and stop at 9 PM) and don't overeat to "compensate".
        >Find a simple ab routine that allows you to scale it up when you get more condition. Do this in the morning, before you eat. Doesn't have to be extreme, just basic shit.

Second, it puts your body into burning fat mode which is perfect for the ab exercise in the morning and forces you to use it for energy. Third, it shrinks your stomach due to it not being used so much and will make you feel satisfied faster when you do eat. All of these combined tackle all the problems many people struggle with when they try lose weight. I have posted this before and some anons have found success with it. You can do it, just take it a step at a time.

            I'll be honest and say that I measured myself after three more weeks of doing this after the first two months, so basically for about 3 months. That and that I wasn't a whale, just pretty fat and a bit jacked. The weight I did lose was a crazy amount in that time, kind of like Fat Mac from It's Always Sunny. I was worried since it was pretty fast, but nothing happened to me.
