I have yet to find any gacha that demands genuine skill. Basically all of them are about number checks.

Hold on dude, what? Like, are you actually serious? The only reason PGR is "hard" is because touch controls are straight garbage, and controllers don't work well due to the skill system.
But all the enemies are slow and predictable, up to and including the bosses, only needing bigger numbers to not take too long. I quit the game a week after global launch because it was just Honkai lite on grayscale.

Touch controls being garbage is a cope for a generation that grew up on controllers. If your brain is still working right and you have working fingers then touch controls are easier because you directly hit symbols instead of memorising keybinds and then executing them.
Your best bet are tower defense gamed and even those can't compare with the difficult of PC/console games.
You need more skill for actual action games on consoles/PC compared to PGR

That's just wrong. It does need a certain degree of ability to complete your dailies for optimal score or clear challenge stages of events with lots of difficulty modifiers. The game is definitely much harder than an average action game for casuals.
