In PW4, the tall characters are actually massive compared to the regular ones and playable too, so not just a boss thing.

Kazuma Kiryu can't even be in any crossover game because he literally cannot hit women unless they are trannies but that was retconned in the remake of Y3.

It's an actual form of martial arts. Sanji ended up learning it while pointedly avoiding the lifestyle, to the degree that he basically learned to fly from sheer revulsion.
At least the trannies in one piece don't feel "weird" to me, like, I look at them and say "yup, that's a chud". I love how in touch with reality one piece is in that aspect instead of trying to make them pass.
