A game like Deathloop is a cog in the propaganda machine and nothing more. It's a way of saying "look! look! I'm an ally" for companies. You make it, you show how progressive and social aware you are, release it and you move on to something more profitable. They know damn well a new propaganda IP doesnt have the same impact than remaking an old title injecting propaganda.
