Diablo 2's necromancer is whatever though?
ADOM, DCSS, ToME4, and even strategy games like Dominions 5 or HoMM 3 and 5 all have better fleshed out and more unique and involved necromancy.
An Adventure Time RPG with real-time combat that is extremely huge and comprehensive. It has everything from the show, some stuff from the comics, and some new stuff.
nothing about that game is complicated though. yes, the older titles are difficult and i love them, but i'm talking about mechanics on the level of lost ark raid bosses, or generally the more difficult bosses in mmorpgs, where you basically have to follow a set choreography or your team dies

Yeah people straight up ran builds specifically to counter Behe. Shit like Paralisis Glaive so they could para+Mount for fliches, or the famous Mushroomancer SnS, that ran Mushroom and that one skill that makes your healing affect the entire team. Wide Range I think.
It was the closest MH has ever been of being an MMO (aside from, you know, the actual MH MMO)
Yeah, it would be an extremely ambitious project for sure. It will never happen though since Takahashi included many of its concepts in Xenosaga and Xenoblade.
Contemporary Witcher-ish/Nasuverse-ish thing >wandering mageblade in year 2022 who travels the country investigating, destroying and quarantining magical phenomena (monsters, rogue mages, so on and so forth) to protect lives and uphold the masquerade >some overarching narrative (maybe something mildly apocalyptic) but mainly about his freelance as the self-imposed cleanup crew of the magical underworld (but he doesn't always do it for free) >"rival" vampire character >haven't quite decided how combat should be. Shouldn't be as slow as Souls or Monster Hunter but shouldn't be too fast either >investigation is important >preparing for the associated monster is important >darksynth soundtrack ramping up for more intense moments
A space trucker game with the scale and physics as KSP. Maybe have the ability to chat with other players who are along the same transfer orbit. It'll probably be boring as hell, but it can be comfy if done right.
Beat ‘em up with a good combo system and some rpg elements. It would have a fantasy setting and you play as Dwarves and go around fighting goblins, orcs, elves ect.
Grand Strategy with faction creator, not some "you can claim this nation's head of state" but a straight up creator. Here's your faction, the system of governance, the leading individuals, their economy, their war units, etc.
I'm just so tired of grand strategy being dominated by historical settings.
A multilayer game where each character plays like a different genre. One character plays like an FPS, another plays like a platformer, another an RPG hero, ect. Could either be a PVP, or a Co-op dungeon crawler
Maybe a game where one player is playing an rts and moving around NPC's from a top-down view, and the other players are playing a co-op zombies fps game? Could be fun.
You make the guns for the actual protag shooter guy/team
If they survive they rate your work ask for changes and you catch snippets of whatever they're doing
Have to stay competitive of other arms dealers and authorities
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon with Final Fantasy 12's gameplay. More types of held items
One 'worn' item that can go on the head or body and one 'held' item. The held item would be like a stick, bone, special wand, etc. that would influence your basic attack
The license board would become the IQ board smaller but basically would let you choose which Moves you get as you level up rather than solely waiting to get all of them in the same order, as well as unlock IQ skills from PMD rescue team
Hunger would probably be tweaked I believe it would be annoying in a real time game
A vr game were you and a group of 4 or 5 people are in a house or building and have a minute to look around find supplies board up windows/doors until the undead show up. the undead are hard to kill and you can only fight with what you find, guns are scarce as is ammo. the more undead find a way inside the more unlikely it is you'll survive .
There was a horror game like that on Steam's greenlight system. It wasn't about zombies but it was a game where you had a set amount of time to gather supply and prepare before a monster started stalking and trying to hunt you. It was called "The Intruder" iirc, but despite having an interesting premise the devs just abandoned it.
Pretty sure there's nothing like it on the market even today so the devs could have made a killing if they decided to finish it..
An SRW spin-off by the Dynasty Warriors devs. It also HAS to have the name Super Robot Warriors. Basically just make Dynasty Warriors Gundam but with mechs from a bunch of different series
A game where you have to fight enemy's, but you're also a pacifist. So you have to figure out clever ways to kill others without getting your hands dirty. Whether you lead an enemy into crossfire, tamper with their vehicles,or talk them into suicide
I've had this autistic idea in my head for years for a 3v3 multiplayer game where each player has a dramatically different role
one of the three players would play an RTS, giving general orders to groups of units, managing buildings, production queues, etc.
the second player would play a traditional first or third person shooter as a sort of "hero unit," on the front lines - moving with the units the RTS player produces would give them bonuses of some kind, probably
the third player would play a series of different puzzle/management style games within the different production buildings - playing effectively would speed up production immensely, but the player can only do this in one or two buildings at a time
I already know it would never work because there's a vast disconnect in the three different play styles and there's inevitably going to be a massive amount playing in one of the three styles but not in the other two leading to no one ever getting a match set up (or if it's modern matchmaking, people not getting the role they want to play)
Mission based FPS in the style of Goldeneye/Perfect Dark/Timesplitters. Besides difficulty adding objectives, random objectives can show up based on how long the player takes to complete the mission. Stealth is encouraged, and higher difficulties mean enemies do advanced stuff like squad-based room clearing, deploying killer drones, gassing the room, et cetera. Comes with a full asset development kit for custom maps, missions, models and weapons both for single and multiplayer.

An action oriented Hitman game based on Body Bags.
Same sandbox approach the job as you see fit set up. Multiple points of entry, opportunity to observe target and security patterns. Except there's no costume changing full stealth. You could hide behind things but you can't just casually walk past people to get to the target. Theirs no poisoning or making things look like an accident. Single player or up to three player co-op which corresponds with three modes of of play. Panda has access to short and mid range guns, Clownface is melee, Pops is long range guns. Playing as Panda and Clownface is like a Bayonetta/Devil May Cry style combat. Run and gun /hack and slash where chain kills and switching weapons builds up combo points. Pops on the other hand is a slower more stealth assist character. Sniper rifle get points by helping the team with long range kills (point multiplier based on distance from target) kill assists, first aid, and marking the target. Pops kind of plays like Sniper Elite.
A low-tech Batman game in a smaller, more densely detailed city. More of a gritty horror vibe with detective work and make it actually take skill to travel around not just press space to fly like in Arkham. Being Batman should be hard work. Melee mechanics like the Riddick game but third person.
Narrative-focused point-and-click RPG game where you play as a new hire in an investigative journalism firm in a bustling city. You would have stats, dictating the player character's personality and ability. You would take cases individually, with an overarching story linking things together in the background for some. You would have to manage your earnings/spendings as well, with various places in the city providing bonuses.
Things seem normal, until you (by actively seeking it out as a player) discover a secret occult side of the world, opening a whole new lens to view things in. It's left ambiguous if this is in your head or not. One example of this would be the player creating a tulpa, who comments on the world and gives tips here and there.
Regardless if you discover the left-hand path or not, things ramp up either way. For example, a doppleganger replaces one of the characters in town, and the player would deduce that they've been swapped by recognizing certain mannerisms that are now there / not there anymore.
It would be solely 2D, with heavy stylization in the artwork (especially so on the left-hand path).
Maybe this is too close to Disco Elysium to post here, but I already wrote this.
I could die happy if I ever got F-Zero GX 2 with online multiplayer and track creator but it will never happen, and I know that. I legitimately daydream about it, though. It would be so nice.
sonic adventure 3 but it's more like the classic games in structure
aka no gay mech shooting and treasure hunting stages, every stage is designed like a sonic/shadow stage but with some paths made for the different characters and their movesets (sonic/shadow, tails, knuckles/rouge), also has some different bosses per character including overlaps like sonic/shadow and knuckles/rouge
but adventure 3 is never going to happen because most (if not all) of the talented people who made the first 2 games are long gone from sega >inb4 "durrrr heroes/shadow/06 is adventure 3!"
more power to you that you enjoy them, i'd just enjoy an adventure game (hell a 3d sonic game in general) without half or 2/3rds of the game being gimmicky stuff regardless of if the gimmicky stuff is good or not
I can totally see that. I would also like to see Adventure 3, but this time with some real dev time and budget behind it. I know Adventure 1 was really rushed, I'm not too sure about 2, but I think Sonic/Shadow (in 2 specifically) could begin to drag if it was significantly longer than the other modes.
This can be solved by having a more fleshed out design though. God I wish there were a Sonic Adventure 3
The denpa men 3 but in space. I want pirate, bandits, a giant soace ship crafting, rare weapons, bew animations, mew antenna, more dwarve lore, new races/npcs, and a godly soundtrack
VR MMO with a rhythm game vibe. Think Beat Saber but the tracks are attacks from mobs or your own attacks. I imagined a whole bunch of classes/roles... Just a few below
Mage type: You use a skill? It creates a ghost of the attack in front of you, and you can launch it by executing that maneuver. You aim with your view. You could do this with a healer as well, launching waves of healing or hitting the ground for AOEs.
Warrior Type: Tanks incoming projectile damage by either generating shields with skills or by essentially playing beatsaber with the incoming projectiles. Perfect slices on incoming notes might mitigate the entire damage, keeping your shields up longer. For damage, you can burst your shield for damage on a timer, or do regular but very small swingy swing DPS up close while blocking incoming melee attacks to keep an enemy in place for a party to wail on.
Rogue Type: Match attacks painted on a target up close, each hit shows the next hit in sequence, but they also play in sequence from afar on the enemy so you can see it while running around. Avoid their strikes while playing simon whack-a-mole on a big bad evil guy's taint. Keep going to build up combo, or execute a finisher whenever you miss or don't hit quick enough to end your combo with a big burst of damage.
Different weapons, so you have to learn different playstyles if you want to stay on meta, but if you're good enough at a specific type of weapon it might be best not to take the pure number advantage just to keep going hard in the paint like a boss.
Mordhau but not multiplayer, instead as a singleplayer fantasy RPG with spells and shit. You can kit yourself up with as much autism stats as a mecha game, spending a good chunk of time in the armory swapping parts, weapons, and known spells. You fight giants, bears, and other monsters in addition to soldiers and knights.
A 4X game city builder.
Like instead of just having a planetary/colony governor you would be that guy. You'd have to build up each city through civil planning. Instead of creating military units you need to build the base itself, and have the industry to support them. If you want to research things you need to build cities where high tech industry can thrive which means high education, low crime, low pollution.
If you want to get a social or cultural victory then you have to build shining cities on the hill that everything naturally graduates to.
Expanding territory to start new cities and colonies requires a certain excess in population and supplies, as well as infrastructure.

An RPG series with a story structure similar to Jojo, where each new game takes place a couple decades apart and you play as the descendants of the previous main characters. After a dozen games or so, you'd have some cool worldbuilding going on from covering several hundreds of years of the game setting's history and how that setting changes over time
Fast paced action combat, somewhere inbetween Vindictus and Bloodborne, but with a lighthearted silly world and characters outside of combat like earthbound.

A coomer GAME/porn GAME with actual skilled talent behind it and an original story without cringey WEG stereotypes. Cannot just be a VN.
Mordhau but not multiplayer, instead as a singleplayer fantasy RPG with spells and shit. You can kit yourself up with as much autism stats as a mecha game, spending a good chunk of time in the armory swapping parts, weapons, and known spells. You fight giants, bears, and other monsters in addition to soldiers and knights.
the one im making right now

A 4X game city builder.
Like instead of just having a planetary/colony governor you would be that guy. You'd have to build up each city through civil planning. Instead of creating military units you need to build the base itself, and have the industry to support them. If you want to research things you need to build cities where high tech industry can thrive which means high education, low crime, low pollution.
If you want to get a social or cultural victory then you have to build shining cities on the hill that everything naturally graduates to.
Expanding territory to start new cities and colonies requires a certain excess in population and supplies, as well as infrastructure.
Overwatch Megaman and Deep Down or slow paced combat warframe
Sonic Battle 2
Rayman 2-2/4
Also
Star Fox Zero-2
The Wonderful 101-2 if they've got something in mind for a sequel. I don't know how they could escalate things from the first one though. Ridiculously immense progression of conflict scale.
An RPG series with a story structure similar to Jojo, where each new game takes place a couple decades apart and you play as the descendants of the previous main characters. After a dozen games or so, you'd have some cool worldbuilding going on from covering several hundreds of years of the game setting's history and how that setting changes over time
Dragon Quest already exists.
Fast paced action combat, somewhere inbetween Vindictus and Bloodborne, but with a lighthearted silly world and characters outside of combat like earthbound.
Fallout 4, but good.
Chud vs Chad
rpg where you play as a robot and can augment your body with parts, all limbs and internal parts are replacable and changable, can add new ones and specialize into specific playstyles based on them
Sonic Rush 3
No, not Colors, I want playable Blaze
Bloodborne on PC. I already played it, I'd just like to play it on non-dogshit hardware.
All my favorite games except with gratuitous sex content for added flavor.
MGR with a Berserk and D&D aesthetic.
GTA with the car physics of a racing simulator
Persona 1 in english thats not butchered like both of the official english releases.
Baroque on saturn in english instead of the downgraded rereleases or the shitty fan english patch.
Bloodborne on pc, the original version not some horrible remake made by bluepoint. Also remove bell maidens so you can't stop invaders.
Harvester fully realized without tons of cut content.
Shadow Hearts thats more aesthetically like the first with gameplay like the second. Penny blood doesn't seem to be that.
Most of all, Raidou 3 thats not a monkey paw like Soul Hackers 2.
Original conker bad fur day multiplayer with new gen controls, shit would be so cash, but we got pretentious shit instead. And some sort of zelda game with heavy emphasis on combat but I guess it became truth when earth materialized perfection in the form of DaS 1, 2 and 3, shame about elden shit though
