Whiscash has been in SV, PLA, BDSP, SS pre-dlc, USUM, and XY. I wouldn't be mad if it wasn't completely outclassed by every other Water/Ground type.

Assault Vest Whiscash can be an annoyance often in BSS.
Wishcash was my last pokemon to finish the dex, so at least it wasnt all over the place

Putting Whiscash in the same game with Dondozo was a bold choice.
they do it on purpose like luvdisc and alomomola. even including grumpig (pokemon with even less fans than whiscash) is just because they decided Spain region should have pigs. they didn't want it to just be lechonk due to le worldbuilding dex choices (this is genuinely one of their excuses for dexcut)
Alomomola would have 100% been a Luvdisc evo if they weren't going for the entirely-unique-dex in Black and White. I refuse to believe otherwise

Alomolola actually doesn't look anything like luvdisc other than being pink if you take the time to look at it and don't just lazily glance over it. It's not at all Valentine heart shaped like luvdisc and it has a completely different basis.
They look closer than a vast majority of actual evolutions.

Alomomola is a mambo cleric; it was designed to be the surfing version of Audino. It is very bulky and slow with great defenses and support moves for doubles.
Luvdisc is a speedy debuffer in rain with several status moves. Based on the discus and romantic love.

Never used Psyduck/Golduck in any game, and i play since G/S/C. They just looks unappealing and bland, i would use any other Kanto Water type instead of these (even Seaking).

Maybe they're food pokemon? Factory farmed duck and fish.
I've seen these pokemon in most games, even if trades, transfers and updates are required.
