sorry i grew out of weebshit JRPGs after the PS1 era
Xenoblade is just Nintendo's fork of final fantasy at this point and I enjoyed all 4 more than any FF since 12, Xenoblade basically ran with the FF12 formula and enhanced it with more sexy girls.

the new Mario+Rabbids is a literal Mario RPG, they're blatantly trying to make it more and more Mario RPG-ish, we now even have proper overworlds and battles you initiate by touching enemies.
They don't have Action Commands or fun gameplay in general so that can't be the case
