When I was like 13 or 14 in the late 2000s, I would cheat in those p2w f2p fps games. AVA, soldier frobt/special forces, sudden attack. But I grew out if it when those games died and never really saw a need again. Partially because I enjoy the games I play now, partially because I'm not a kid anymore and can buy games that are only 40% hackers and not 90%.
I'm convinced that people who cheat in multiplayer games are the same people who are the target audience of pay to win mechanics. They get their dopamine kick from seeing their characters win against others, not from winning themselves.
I know someone who cheats in every COD every year until he gets banned. Then he buys some Russian BS that is supposed to spoof his hardware ID, buys the game again, and gets banned within days. He bought the 2019 MW four times.
I spent about 3 months cheating in a bunch of games and Rust is the only one I got banned in. I straight up rage hacked in competitive Rainbow Six Siege and nothing ever happened, but I shot (and missed) at two people with a bow in Rust and got a VAC ban the next day.
Didn't really matter since I didn't Rust very much anyway. People in CS:GO would freak out about it if I was doing well in a match but after I think 5 years it no longer shows on your profile to other people, only you can see it.
I used to be really active on GMC (GameMaker Community Forums) and there were a number of small cute indie MMOs. One day some dude figured out how to decompile GM games and I went around decompiling everything I could. I'd give myself mod powers on these shitty MMOs and fuck around.
Also shout out to my nigga blaXun. He actually made his mod tools a separate program and had proper checks for shit on Slime Online so you couldn't just do whatever the fuck you wanted. The game still had hackers but he at least tried to prevent it. I remember having him on WLM (MSN messenger) at one point and he had an endless amount of custom hentai emotes. In fact I remember once he shut the servers down for "maintenance" but it was actually just to torrent anime and porn faster kek
Also shout out to my nigga Krele who hacked Stick Online and seemingly gave the creator Meiun a mental crisis. Meiun was such a pussy. If you're reading this Meiun I will never forget how you made Bella a mod. I hope you at least got your dick sucked for that. Also on a side note fuck you Ciro I can't believe you threatened lawsuits over private servers when the game had been dead for years. Fans were actually extending it and finishing it and you went crazy over it because you drew some dogshit sprites in 2007. Also RIP that mod who killed himself. I cant remember his name but he was cool.
Oh I guess this counts too, I was briefly a mod on the GM MMO Eons and for some fucking reason back then GM had a code execution action where you could live input code while playing and the game would run it. Eons used this now removed engine feature so I could just pick a player and execute any code I wanted to on their PC at any time. I'd open people's CD tray and flip their games upside down and shit like that kek. Not exactly hacking but felt like it.
tried wallhack in cs:source to see what it was like
cheated in a mmo (flyff) to fuck around with run speed and one-hit mobs
never had any real goal with any of it and probably didn't bother anyone
I used to play Monster Hunter Tri with gecko codes. I'd one speed run to monsters before anyone else and one shot them and convince n00bs that it was just a skill level/equipment level thing kek
When I was in my teens, I downloaded a free wallhack for CS Source, so that I could compete with my mates at the time. I used it for about a week, and friends at the time caught me through a demo of my gameplay. I felt such shame that I never did anything like that again.
I dislike cheaters, but I'm not a hypocrite either. Adults who cheat are kinda pathetic, though.
You didn't hear it from me, but blizzard is secretly selling hacks for overwatch and gold for wow through 3rd party sites.
It's very profitable, too. Like hidden microtransactions.
I did back in the day on GunZ, mostly because my connection would always be shit-tier, and I didn't give a fuck about getting banned and wanted to get people seething.
I downloaded some hack that literally had you shooting rockets from your sword, and ulimited health. I never got banned for it.
No, I'm not Russian or underaged.
>cheating
nagger/russian behav-
>MW2 (2009)
never mind OP is actually white
You were never underaged? Quite impressive.

Cheating is absolutely low int behavior. Also some (not all) people who are obsessed with mods are retarded as well.
Considering those cheats cost money? They are already doing P2W.
I used to have a lmaobox alt for when someone was being a nagger with TF2 sniper, but I haven't played the game on either account in forever.
all the time in counterstrike

>MW2 2009
are those servers still unplayable?
I haven't even tried since IW4X was shut down
I have no idea, I got this ban in 2010
Did you get an account alert about it recently? I got one for a 9 year old Rust ban yesterday.
yep lol thanks Steam
I got it for runnung lowgrav servers in the public matchmaking

no because it's not winning i care about
it's being better

Yes when I was around 10 I would cheat on random Korean FPS games. It quickly became boring though and I stopped.
I messed around with the speed hack in old gldsrc(CS/TFC) days, was fun for a bit but that was about it.
Tried a aimhack in CS out of curiosity, but did the options wrong and it ended up being more of a hindrance than a help. uninstalled it soon after.

No, I don't use AMD Radeon
If you never went godmode on the xbox/ps cod you never were a gamer.
>read up on how you can actually bind noclip/god in console multiplayer
>seems like bullshit
>actually works online
